**What do you like best about Gradguide?**

I am a mentor with Gradguide. Its one of the best decisions I have made. It makes me think of myself 15years ago when I left University and needed a mentor to navigate the forest that is the professional career world. Gradguide gives the mentees access to year of experience -  both good and bad. If you can learn from someone else's mistakes, that's invaluable. As a mentor, the ability to give back is immense. You also learn lessons from the mentees and get inspired by the next generation.

**What do you dislike about Gradguide?**

I don't see any downside to this :-) Maybe meetups in person for an annual kick off but of course in Covid times, this is not possible.

**What problems is Gradguide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am learning to value my gut instincts and the progress I have made in my own life up to this date. A lot of times we don't think we can make an impact by talking to just one person but trust me, it creates a ripple effect in the world. I work in sales and when I get a message from a mentee that they got a job, its like a "proud dad" moment that is almost better than making a sale in my own work!

**What do you like best about Gradguide?**

The team at GradGuide didn't discriminate that we were a start-up and treated us like any other big technology company. They advocated on our behalf, advised us on how to improve our job specification, and wanted to understand the type of person we were looking for above anything else.

**What do you dislike about Gradguide?**

I can't think of anything I dislike; they will be our first port of call for any graduate roles we're looking to fill over the coming years (particularly in sales, marketing, and operations).

**Recommendations to others considering Gradguide:**

Create a relationship with the team; they are the best!

**What problems is Gradguide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As every founder has experienced, hiring is one of the biggest challenges you face, both in time consumption and contribution to future success. Thus, having GradGuide for early hires was essential as a personal referral partner for prospective employees. You're starting from a base level of trust and competence, leaving a culture-fit interview as the final hurdle for a candidate to cross.

**What do you like best about Gradguide?**

I started to work with Gradguide when Front decided to open new offices in Dublin. Gradguide gave us a clear understanding of the market and connected us with excellent candidates eager to start a career in tech sales. Gemma, our relationship manager, understood our needs and recommended great profiles.

There is nothing I dislike about the collaboration with Gradguide.

We sourced and hired great candidates in a very competitive market such as Dublin.

The candidates are effectively pre-screened by Gradguide. I have seen nothing but high quality candidates come through Gradguide.

So far there is nothing I dislike about working with Gradguide.

We went through a period of intensive hiring that was aided by Gradguide. The hiring cycle is much shorter through them.

Gradguide has helped us to improve the speed and quality with which we hire into our sales development and customer support teams by providing a quality talent pipeline which they have mentored for our working environment.

**What do you like best about Gradguide?**

Gradguide has provided us some quality employees already but is also allowing us to upskill our ICs interested in leadership roles by having them become mentors.

Would love more cohorts throughout the year
