GPTfy pricing is a fixed per-user per-month model with unlimited AI prompt executions. There are no per-conversation charges, no token consumption fees, and no usage-based overages from GPTfy. Three plans are available: Pro at $20 per user per month, Enterprise at $30, and Unlimited at $50, each requiring a minimum of 100 licensed users. Every plan includes the Security and Trust Layer with four-layer data masking, so compliance features are not gated behind enterprise tiers. AI model costs are separate from your GPTfy license and paid directly to your provider at your negotiated rates. This means your total AI spend has two predictable components: a fixed GPTfy software license and a variable but auditable AI model usage bill from your existing cloud contract. GPTfy never charges per token or marks up AI model usage.

What do you like best about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

Gptfy is a great fit for anyone who needs an AF-style setup and actually cares about bottom-line impact and predictability. It feels especially well-suited for mid-market to enterprise teams that want to scale automated background actions across their standard CRM records without watching the budget disappear into conversation credits. If you need clear visibility into how your agents are running through automated testing, and you also want a one-click AppExchange deployment, this is exactly what you should buy. What do you dislike about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

While the native automated testing framework is an absolute lifesaver for simulating live telephony paths and making sure our agents don’t hallucinate script parameters in our sandbox, the UI for reviewing execution logs feels a bit dated. Since GPTfy gives us total BYOM flexibility to swap between OpenAI, Gemini, and DeepSeek without vendor lock-in, we rely heavily on the testing engine to ensure our voice prompts don’t break across dfferent models. The underlying logic works perfectly every time, but the layout for failure-history logs could be cleaner and easier to scan, which would cut down on admin click-fatigue during system updates. Still, getting this depth of enterprise testing control without Agentforce’s massive per-conversation bills is an incredible advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GPTfy:AI for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a high-volume collections agency, and my human reps were wasting hours every day making minor, low-value outbound dials that rarely connected or led to a real conversation. We desperately needed an agentic platform to automate the initial outreach, but Agentforce’s pricing model is an absolute nightmare for budgeting. They use this “Flex Credit” system that basically costs about $2.00 per conversation. If an AI agent gets stuck in a loop or fails to resolve the issue, you still get financially penalized for every single interaction, which completely kills your ROI.

GPTfy completely solved this for us. It’s fully declarative and runs on a predictable, flat subscription with unlimited prompts. We connected our custom agent skills directly to our outbound dialing infrastructure using standard Salesforce Flow logic. Thanks to their awesome ElevenLabs integration, GPTfy voice agents now handle all of our tier-1 outbound petty collection calls on autopilot. The AI sounds natural, handles account verification, and the second it detects that a debtor is ready to settle, it seamlessly hands the live call off to a human collector in Salesforce.

I'm of the opinion that the GPTfy: AI for Salesforce would be quite difficult for a non-technical user to get started with. Besides, I feel that the cost of the version with the most features could be out of reach for small businesses with limited financial resources. These activities that are going to be automated through the software include customer inquiry answering, scheduling, and the like. Consequently, the manual workload would be reduced significantly. Additionally, it utilizes AI to deliver a better one-on-one interaction with the customer and gives you the necessary data insights to make the right decisions. By using these benefits, time can be made available, the efficiency of the work can be doubled, and the level of customer satisfaction at SabkaLoan can be elevated.
