I have primarily used the email warm-up function and it performs wonderfully. Additionally, I imported my mailing list from MailChimp and it came across seamlessly. The interface is clean and the process is relatively straightforward. Their support is responsive in a timely manner and helpful. It was easy to sign up and get started. One of the things that I have had the most difficulty with is creating a sign up form. I went to be able to put a form on my website that allows users to enter their name and email address and be put onto my email list. The process has not been easy and after several attempts, I just gave up. It would be helpful to have more training videos about how to use the product. initially all was well. but after a month of use, issues started to appear. Scheduled campaigns would not get triggered on time, mostly required me to email customer support. Customer support also took a long time to respond. I eventually just used the platform mainly for warming up my emails and had to go back to using mailer lite for reliability. I bought a lifetime deal through appsumo, and now, Gozen growth has revoked my credits and changed my subscription to a free tier. Apparently they are having issues with app sumo.. My business suffers, yet i have nothing to do with their issues. Clearly they are trying to leverage us to get what they want from AppSumo.. buyers/subscribers BE WARNED!!!!! We were not able to test the software as they degraded our account that we paid for due to their own quarrel with AppSumo. This review is for the future interested users of ZenGrowth so they do not fall in the same trap as we and a lot of other users did. There is plenty of proof on AppSumo from other purchasers. I've found GoZen Growth to be incredibly user-friendly, making the setup process straightforward. The dashboard's intuitive structure enhances my experience by simplifying navigation. Nothing, it's useless. It doesn't fulfill its most basic function, collecting data from a form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing salvageable, as even the value of the tool is low if you cannot use it as expected. Worse yet, support is not available on weekends, and when you meet with them, they don't know how to explain their own tool. If you ask for a tutorial, they send you one for a different tool in Gozen and then don't respond further.

The tutorials and instructions are insufficient; when following them, essential steps are missing, and when you open the tutorial link, they show you actions that need to be done after completing the steps you are following.

Really, nothing makes sense and support offers no help.

Avoid the frustrations; even if it's free, you will waste your time.

It's not easy to use either; you need to figure out how to handle the segmentation tools and others.

There is nothing positive: you will only waste time creating surveys and flows, only for them to stop working or not record data from one day to the next. It's useless. And the support is equally deficient. They claim "I'm here 24/7 in a few minutes," which is completely false. If you write to them on a Friday afternoon, expect to wait until Monday for a response. And if you're in the southern hemisphere, you're lucky if they respond the next day.

What does Appsumo not paying in Feb 2025 got to do with my account that was setup in Feb 2024? Gozen cannot be trusted. I have asked for a refund on HyperReach which I purchased directly from them in July 2024. So far no response from them on anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were pleasantly surprised in 'using GoZen Growth. I will preface this by saying that we use a very well-known platform to manage all email traffic, but we had a chance to try GoZen Growth.

The dashboard is very simple and intuitive, and it offers a number of features that are very easily accessible.

One of the things that impressed us the most is the use of the AI, y the template gallery.

Creating a campaign is very easy, thanks to the AI, which allows you to set up the campaign in the best possible way.

The template gallery, in our view, is simply impressive. You can choose from dozens of categories and hundreds of templates. This makes the work a lot easier.
