What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

I have primarily used the email warm-up function and it performs wonderfully. Additionally, I imported my mailing list from MailChimp and it came across seamlessly. The interface is clean and the process is relatively straightforward. Their support is responsive in a timely manner and helpful. It was easy to sign up and get started. I have been using the email warm-up function for almost 3 months now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?

One of the things that I have had the most difficulty with is creating a sign up form. I went to be able to put a form on my website that allows users to enter their name and email address and be put onto my email list. The process has not been easy and after several attempts, I just gave up. It would be helpful to have more training videos about how to use the product. Additionally, they have downgraded all of their AppSumo customers because of a payment dispute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the recurring issues that I have experienced is my emails ending up in my customers Junk folder. The email warm-up function has been extremely helpful in reducing the number of emails marked as Spam. Additionally, I wanted to grow my email list and was looking for a solution that was not cost prohibitive. What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

initially all was well. but after a month of use, issues started to appear. Scheduled campaigns would not get triggered on time, mostly required me to email customer support. Customer support also took a long time to respond. I eventually just used the platform mainly for warming up my emails and had to go back to using mailer lite for reliability. I bought a lifetime deal through appsumo, and now, Gozen growth has revoked my credits and changed my subscription to a free tier. Apparently they are having issues with app sumo.. My business suffers, yet i have nothing to do with their issues. Clearly they are trying to leverage us to get what they want from AppSumo.. buyers/subscribers BE WARNED!!!!!
