What do you dislike about gotomyerp services?

It was inconvenient to download a patch for gotomyerp to operate with Windows 11. Although it was inconvenient, they were communicative and helpful with the patch installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cindy. I appreciate your comments and yes, I agree - Microsoft can keep us guessing sometime. But our engineers created a workaround no one else did and we were able to take care of 1000s of end users as best we could. Let me know if there’s anything more we can do for you and the team. Thanks!

What do you like best about gotomyerp services?

Starting with the initial contact when deciding whether or not to use gotomyerp, we found them to be understanding and very responsive. The initial set up and the hosting of our Sage 100 itself have been seamless. What do you like best about gotomyerp services?

I was able to reduce our in-house technology requirements -- including servers, networking, and intranet hardware -- while allowing more robust (and easier) deployment of staff beyond our main office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about gotomyerp services?

Lack of control and data access. We used to be able to maintain our Sage 100 system more easily by going into key program folders, etc. We are now beholden to either our VAR or GTMERP tech support. While quite responsive, it's still a bit of a hassle. Accessing the data through ODBC and other means has also presented some challenges in connecting other applications.
