The team is very knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about gotomyerp services?** It was inconvenient to download a patch for gotomyerp to operate with Windows 11. Although it was inconvenient, they were communicative and helpful with the patch installation. **What problems is gotomyerp services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gotomyerp.com allows our team to access SAGE 100 from anywhere. The initial set up and the hosting of our Sage 100 itself have been seamless. When we have had to contact support, it has been because of our own user issues, and the response time is astoundingly quick. **What do you dislike about gotomyerp services?** I would have to invent an issue, because we are overall very pleased. We used to be able to maintain our Sage 100 system more easily by going into key program folders, etc. We are now beholden to either our VAR or GTMERP tech support. While quite responsive, it's still a bit of a hassle.
