The service is quick, efficient, and user-friendly. It's evident that Gotab values their customers' time and priorities. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to find what you need and navigate through the service. **What do you dislike about GoTab?** There's room for improvement, though. Enhancements can be made to make the platform more accessible for individuals who are not as tech-savvy. A more detailed guide or user manual would be beneficial. **What problems is GoTab solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer service is top-tier, as well. They are prompt with their responses, clear in their communication, and incredibly helpful. It's pleasant to know that a real person ready to assist is just a message away. ### 2. Also, I like that they recommend restaurants based on my activity. **What do you dislike about GoTab?** I wish I could use this app in way more cities inside the country, I have only been able to use it in Los Angeles. **What problems is GoTab solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are always adding new restaurants to the app. I love to have more options from where to choose. ### 3. Multiple apps and options are available for clients making it a go-to software. The contactless menu is a significant part of the intrusive design and display. **What do you dislike about GoTab?** The QR code sometimes hangs, but it concerns the internet and not the GoTab. The IOS and Android versions have a massive difference in performance. But with support from the technical team, any issue in the IOS version can be easily corrected. **What problems is GoTab solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoTab is a fantastic software support for restaurant owners. Our waiters + runners appreciated the ability to focus on servicing customers mid-meal vs waiting on tables to put in their order, refill drinks etc. **What do you dislike about GoTab?** I think there are times when the mobile ordering system is confusing for BOH employees as it's a different system than our previous POS, but in the long run it's great. **What problems is GoTab solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoTab is allowing for streamlined restaurant service at small-operational restaurants + speeds up the entire dining experience, thus increasing customer satisfaction. ### 6.
