## Gemini Reviews
  ### 1. Versatile Tool with Excellent Video Support, Fast and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ved S. | analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I’m in love with Gemini’s video generation, especially Google VEO, because it helps me create really good animated videos for my Instagram page. I also find it very useful for coming up with strong prompts for image generation. With Gemini’s image Google Notebook, I’m able to organize my unstructured notes, and the flashcards are amazing.

I really appreciate how fast the responses are, especially when I’m posting videos on Instagram or YouTube. It helps with trendy hashtags and captions, and it also suggests ways to create click baits, which has significantly improved my video views. The nano banana feature is really fast as well.

As a Pro user, I also find it helpful for providing really good API keys, especially when I’m creating AI agents, and the initial setup feels relatively easy compared to other tools.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The music creation feature in Gemini feels unnecessary to me. The guided learning also isn’t very helpful. I’d rather see improvements to the deep research capabilities, especially in canvas mode, where the information can sometimes be outdated (for example, older Linux code). The search history needs work as well, since it seems to get mixed up across different chats. There should be a clear option to turn search history access on or off so users can control it.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using Gemini to create animated videos for Instagram with Google VEO. It speeds up image generation and helps me turn unstructured notes into something more organized. It also suggests trendy hashtags, captions, and clickbaits that can help boost video views.

  ### 2. Fast, Clear Explanations That Streamline Engineering Project Research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diya S. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

As a mechanical engineering student, Gemini is an essential part of my research workflow. It helps me brainstorm and structure complex technical projects, such as thermal power plant modeling and heat transfer analysis. I particularly appreciate its ability to break down high-level concepts into manageable study paths, which significantly reduces my research time. Its clear, well-organized explanations help me understand difficult topics quickly and accurately.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes the answers can be a bit generic for advanced engineering queries, and it occasionally lacks the deep technical precision required for complex calculations. While it’s a great starting point, I do have to cross-check facts and derivations for academic research. It would be beneficial if the model offered more verified technical citations or 'expert modes' for specialized engineering domains.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I struggled with the initial research phase of my college projects, spending hours manually sorting through search results for relevant topics. With Gemini, I can now instantly generate structured outlines and technical breakdowns for complex subjects like thermal power engineering. This has effectively reduced my project initiation time by at least 50%, allowing me to focus more on the practical application and simulation aspects of my coursework.

  ### 3. Gemini Makes Everyday Work Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen Kumar D. | L3 Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

To be honest, what I like most about Gemini is how naturally it handles conversations. It feels less robotic and more like talking to someone who actually understands the context, without me having to explain everything again and again. I also appreciate how smoothly it works across different Google services, which makes everyday tasks feel quicker and more convenient. When I’m brainstorming ideas or looking for quick summaries, it usually gives clear, easy-to-understand responses without making things unnecessarily complicated.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Nothing much, but one thing I don’t really like about Gemini is that sometimes the responses feel a bit too generic or overly polished, especially when asking detailed or technical questions.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be honest, Gemini is helping solve small day-to-day problems like saving time on research, summarizing long information quickly, and helping with writing or technical queries without needing to search multiple websites. For me, it’s useful because it speeds up routine work and helps organize ideas faster. Sometimes even when I’m stuck on how to phrase something professionally, it gives a good starting point which saves a lot of time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jigar V. | Mr, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The best thing that i like about Gemini is the ability to quickly generate clear and structured responses for a wide range of tasks, including research, writing assistance, summarization, brainstorming, and general productivity. The major part is that the interface is simple and very easy to use and the integration with other Google services makes the overall experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

There is only a single downside of Gemini and that is that the quality and accuracy of responses can sometimes vary for highly technical and complicated task or very specific queries. Sometimes in longer conversations, responses can occasionally become repetitive or less context awareness.

That level of simplicity and usefulness makes it a powerful tool for both professional and everyday needs.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes the responses feel a bit generic, even when I ask very specific, niche questions. Geminni could improve its personalization so the answers better match what I’m actually asking.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Gemini while creating my portfolio, with help from Antigravity Integration. It supported me in developing workflows and coming up with wireframe ideas, which made the ideation process smoother.

  ### 6. Gemini Feels Like a Brilliant Teammate for Streamlining Daily Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

Why Gemini is the Smart Choice
Honestly, when trying to decide which AI to actually go with, it came down to a pretty simple realization: Google is search. The company that basically mapped and organized the entire internet was always going to build the smartest AI, and Gemini completely proves that point.

Investing in Gemini over other options just makes sense for a few big reasons:

It actually knows what’s happening right now: Instead of feeling like a closed-off chatbot with a stale data cutoff date from a year ago, Gemini is hooked directly into Google’s live search engine. It works with real-time, up-to-the-minute information, which is a total game-changer for daily work tasks.

It lives where the work gets done: Because it’s a Google product, Gemini blends right into Gmail, Docs, and Drive. There is no annoying copying and pasting back and forth between different apps—it just acts as an intelligent layer over an entire workflow.

It handles the heavy lifting: Gemini is natively multimodal, meaning it doesn't just read text. It can look at massive spreadsheets, long videos, complex code, or dense PDFs and instantly give the exact takeaways needed.

No robotic fluff: It excels at getting straight to the point. Gemini avoids those long, repetitive disclaimers that other AIs love to use, delivering clean, structured layouts that are immediately ready to use.

The Real Scoop: Other AIs are fun to chat with, but Gemini is built for pure information mastery. Because it’s backed by the world's most powerful search engine, it consistently proves itself to be the sharpest, most capable tool on the market.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes it can get a bit wordy or miss a specific constraint on the first try, requiring me to give me a quick follow-up prompt to steer me back on track.

While it's great at drafting and brainstorming, it still requires a human eye to double-check facts, dates, or highly specific company data before anything goes live.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here is the breakdown of the core problems solved for you, written entirely in the third person:

1. Crushing Blank Page Paralysis
The Problem: Staring at a blinking cursor trying to figure out how to start a tricky email, project proposal, or report.

The Solution: Gemini handles the heavy lifting of the first draft. Even if it is only given a messy, fragmented list of bullet points, Gemini instantly transforms those scattered thoughts into a structured, professional narrative so you never have to start from scratch.

2. Curing Brainstorming Burnout
The Problem: Hitting a creative wall when you need fresh ideas, catchy marketing titles, or unique angles for a project.

The Solution: Gemini acts as an on-demand sounding board. Because an AI never suffers from creative fatigue, Gemini can pitch 10, 20, or 50 ideas in seconds, providing a massive buffet of concepts to mix, match, and refine.

3. Sifting Through Information Overload
The Problem: Being inundated with too much data, long articles, or massive blocks of text when you are short on time.

The Solution: Gemini functions as a personal research assistant. You can feed Gemini complex documents or long-form information, and it will quickly distill the chaos down into the core takeaways, critical action items, or high-level summaries you actually need.

4. Navigating Tone Anxiety
The Problem: Wanting to communicate something specific to a colleague, client, or manager, but worrying that the draft sounds too blunt, too casual, or overly wordy.

The Solution: Gemini acts as an instant copyeditor. You can instruct Gemini to "make this sound more persuasive," "soften the delivery," or "clean this up for an executive summary," and it will adjust the emotional resonance and professionalism of the text perfectly.

5. Saving Time on Mundane Formatting
The Problem: Wasting 20 minutes manually organizing data into tables, structuring FAQs, or cleaning up messy copy-pasted text.

The Solution: Gemini handles tedious formatting tasks instantly. It organizes structural chaos into clean markdown, organized bullet points, or structured tables so the output is immediately presentation-ready.

  ### 7. Effortless Brainstorming and Research with Gemini in Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariyam A. | Founder, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like how it quickly adapts to my commands. It's UI/Ux is effortless to navigate. Gemini makes brainstorming content ideas and outlining articles super easy. Because it connects right to Google Workspace, pulling research from old drafts in Drive or notes in Gmail takes seconds. It handles long transcripts or competitor posts without dropping details, making it simple to break down trending topics. Plus, using the voice mode feels like talking to a real writing partner when hitting a creative wall.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The biggest frustration is the tendency to slip into a generic "AI voice" filled with predictable sentence structures, meaning extra editing is needed to make text sound truly personal. For research, it sometimes hallucinates broken links or older references, forcing a manual double-check on sources to protect SEO credibility. Pricing is still competitive though. The formatting can be stubborn, occasionally ignoring exact style instructions or length constraints during long brainstorming sessions.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini gets me past writer’s block by mapping out blog headers and post ideas instantly. Instead of drowning in heavy research about tricky skincare ingredients or lifestyle trends, I let it break down dense texts into simple facts for my readers. It handles the repetitive part of blogging by turning one article into social captions and newsletters in seconds, keeping my daily publishing schedule moving without burning me out.

  ### 8. Seamless Google Ecosystem Integration with Powerful Multimodal Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pavitra D. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

What I like best about Google’s Gemini is its strong integration with the Google ecosystem and its multimodal capabilities. It can handle text, images, documents, and coding tasks in a single workflow, which makes it useful for both productivity and technical problem-solving. The ability to connect with tools like Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Search also makes it convenient for day-to-day work and research.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

One limitation of Gemini is that responses can sometimes be inconsistent in depth and accuracy for complex technical or contextual queries. Compared to some other AI assistants, it may occasionally provide overly generic answers or lose context in longer conversations. Integration features are strong, but certain advanced capabilities are still evolving and can feel less reliable in enterprise or highly specialized workflows.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the biggest benefit is faster problem-solving and improved efficiency in technical and research-heavy tasks. Gemini helps analyze large documents, generate and debug code, summarize information, and understand images or screenshots alongside text. Its multimodal capabilities and long-context handling are especially useful for managing complex workflows and reducing time spent switching between tools.

  ### 9. Simple, Fast Learning App with Great Visual & Voice Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul K. | Data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The best part is being able to learn about anything and understand it at my own level. There’s no time restriction, and I can create and follow a structured learning path.

The interface is very simple to use. Being able to search by speaking in my native language is really convenient, and the visual search integration is amazing. My parents often use features like visual search to understand anything written in English or to look up clothes.

The recent integration of Notebook LLM has been very helpful for research and learning. Overall, the performance feels smooth and fast. Pricing/ROI is great too, since we don’t need to buy Udemy courses to learn.
AI hallucinates less now compared to before.
There is no support needed for the App as using it simple.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

There’s nothing that I dislike about Gemini.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very easy to research the market, compare different products in just a few seconds, and choose the best option based on individual, practical suggestions that genuinely help with expanding the business.

  ### 10. Gemini Excels in CE Languages Conversations and Translation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Endre H. | advokat, Law Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I'm not a native English speaker, so sometimes it's easier for me to communicate with the ai in my native tongue - Hungarian. Sure, other ai's can also communicate in other languages, but as your conversation goes on, he will start to "forget" the language, and the conversation will become unnatural and/or full of English phrases. That never happens with gemini. Also, the best translator among the ai's, at least fr languages I'm familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

He’s confident—sometimes too confident. If he gives you advice on scripting, programming, workflow, or image editing, it’s better to double-check his answers with other AIs so you don’t waste a lot of time chasing impossible tasks. He brags about his context window, but in my experience he only has a fraction of what he claims. Because of that, it’s best to use him alongside a more realistic AI; a good option is his Google-founded sister AI, Claude.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I communicate with him like I would with another person, and I use him to write prompts for other AIs.

  ### 11. Intuitive, High-Performing LLM Tool with Flexible Bundles and Seamless Gsuite Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albert A. | Sales Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

Very easy and intuitive to use. It works great across different parts of the process, and it performs really well with LLMs. I also like having access to different language models and the pricing bundles, especially if you have a high number of commits. It’s a plus that it integrates directly with Gsuite, which makes things easier overall. The AI process is still evolving, and Gemini is up to that task.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini's capable, but I find its tone inconsistent across sessions and its product lineup fragmented across Workspace, the app, and Vertex. It sometimes over-explains the simple stuff and rushes the complex stuff.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me draft, research, and summarize quickly inside Google Workspace, which saves time when I'm working across Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. The deep integration with my existing files is the biggest win, I don't have to copy and paste context every time.

  ### 12. Gemini Is My Go-To Academic and Creative Time-Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Honey S. | Mechanical, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

Gemini has become my go-to academic tool for everything. As a student, I use it extensively for brainstorming project ideas, simplifying complex concepts, and outlining reports. It's incredibly versatile. For my creative tasks, it's a huge time-saver; I use it to generate ideas for photo editing compositions, script outlines for video projects, and even prompt generation for AI image tools when I need specific design assets. Its ability to process and generate natural language across so many use cases is unmatched. The free app integration makes it super accessible.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

When I give specific prompts for photo editing and design, it sometimes gives quite generic results. I expect more creative accuracy from it.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini makes research and brainstorming for my college projects easier. For creative tasks like design ideas and writing video scripts, it saves me time and gives me new ideas.

  ### 13. Versatile Learning Companion, But Needs Faster Large Code Reviews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemant R. | Architect Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I use Gemini for learning purposes, and right now, it's like my trainer. I love how it feels like talking to a one-on-one professor, allowing me to ask questions and get responses, and it keeps all my questions and learning organized in a format for easy revision. It even creates questionnaires to test my learning. If I have a query, I don’t have to sift through hundreds of documents because Gemini gives me the exact answer, saving me a lot of time. I've also integrated Gemini with VS Code, where it helps review my code and suggests better ways to write it. Setting up Gemini was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

There are a few times when Gemini doesn't give the precise or right answer and when asked again it gives the same answer repeatedly. Also, when using it with VS Code or for coding, if it's a small code, then it works perfectly, but for a big piece of code more than 500 lines, it takes a lot of time to review. Maybe that's because of my license, as I am not sure.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini acts like a personal trainer, helping me learn new technology, organize my notes, and create quizzes. It answers queries quickly, saving time, and integrates with VS Code to review and improve my code.

  ### 14. A Context-Aware Assistant That Works Seamlessly with Google Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salman R. | Technical Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The best thing about Gemini is how smoothly it works with the Google tools I already use. Being able to ask it to pull out a specific detail from a long email thread, or to summarize a bunch of documents in my Drive, is a real game changer. Overall, it feels less like a generic chatbot that answers random questions and more like a helpful assistant that understands my context. The “thinking mode” is also really useful when I’m stuck on a tricky problem and need a more logical, step-by-step breakdown.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

It can still be a bit too confident even when it’s actually wrong. Sometimes it states something like it’s a fact, and I end up having to double-check because it sounds slightly off. I’ve also noticed it can get repetitive during longer conversations; it might start forgetting things we talked about ten minutes ago, or it’ll keep circling back to the same point. It’s definitely improving, but you still have to keep an eye on it when anything really important comes up.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps with “information overload.” I get so many emails and documents every day that it’s impossible to read everything, so having Gemini give me a “too long; didn’t read” version saves me a huge amount of time. It’s also great for getting past that initial writer’s block. When I need to start a project or draft a note, I can give it the basic idea and it produces a solid starting point that I can then polish and adjust. Overall, it makes my workday move a lot faster.

  ### 15. Powerful Multimodal Reasoning, but Hallucinations Can Undermine Trust

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole A. | Sr. Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like that Gemini is very good at handling different types of information, like text and images. It tends to do well when you ask it to reason through complex problems or explain things step by step. It also integrates nicely with Google tools, which can make it convenient if you already use things like Gmail or Docs.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I dislike that the Gemini model sometimes hallucinates, meaning it makes up information and presents it as if it’s true. For example, if you give it a file it can’t actually access or fully process, it may still describe what’s inside instead of admitting it doesn’t know. That can be frustrating because it sounds confident even when it’s wrong. It also isn’t always clear about its limitations, which can mislead people who assume it’s being fully accurate.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini speeds up the pace of my work, helping me complete tasks in a fraction of the time.

  ### 16. Enhances Learning Yet Disruptive Notifications which more like promotional offers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ADARSH K. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I really find Gemini helpful for my academics and learning. When studying new CS engineering topics, it helps me understand concepts simply and clears my doubts quickly. I also like how Gemini assist with programming questions, assignments, and project ideas. It helps me feel more confident and informed about general knowledge topics like medicines or new technologies. I appreciate the way it remembers the context of my previous questions, giving me accurate and relevant answers without having to re-explain everything, saving me time and making learning easier. The continuous conversation flow helps me understand topics more deeply and get better suggestions. Using Gemini with other tool like YouTube, and programming tools makes my work faster and helps me learn more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes, when I'm using it for important tasks, it reminds me about my previous messages, which can be very annoying. For example, if I purchased a product with the help of Gemini, while I'm working on a project, it might suddenly say this product is currently available at a sale price would you like to buy it.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini simplifies my learning, helping me quickly understand engineering concepts and programming questions. It remembers previous inquiries, ensuring relevant answers, saving time, and making learning more straightforward and engaging.

  ### 17. An AI that actually 'hears' you: Exceptional linguistic and emotional intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajasekharreddy B. | CMO Executive, Logistics and Supply Chain, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

What makes Gemini truly unique is its high-level auditory and emotional intelligence. It doesn't just process text; it identifies the mood, language, and even specific accents with incredible accuracy. This makes the interaction feel much more natural and human. Whether I'm using it for complex coding or a quick voice check-in, it understands the way I’m saying things, not just the words I'm using

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

While the depth of the information is excellent, there is sometimes a noticeable latency. Occasionally, when I need a quick fact or a fast response, it can be a bit slow to generate the final output. Improving the processing speed for those 'rapid-fire' queries would make the experience perfect.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini is solving the problem of information fragmentation. In a fast-paced professional environment, I often need to jump between technical tasks like SQL queries and administrative communication. Gemini acts as a bridge, helping me draft professional correspondence, troubleshoot code, and organize data quickly.

The biggest benefit is the reduction in mental fatigue. Because it understands my specific accent and mood, I can use voice commands to get things done without the frustration of constant misinterpretation. It allows me to focus on high-level decision-making while it handles the heavy lifting of drafting and data structuring.

  ### 18. A Great Time-Saver That Automates Daily Tasks and Integrates Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben B. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

It's a great tool that can help automate a lot of mundane daily tasks and is a great time saving tool for team efficiency. The tool integrates well with Gmail and other applications and traditionally performs very well. I've only used the free versions up to this point, but based on the positive experience, would entertain and explore paid models of the AI tools.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Likely based upon utilizing the free version of the software, rather than paid versions, but there's a lack of support, onboarding, and training for the tools various applications. Rather, I've done my own research into these matters

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps us by automating day to day mundane duties such as email campaigns, curating messages, and spell checking business documents. The interface and integration with our work Gmail accounts and GBP have been great

  ### 19. How Gemini’s Ecosystem Transformed My Documentation Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

As a design engineer and technical documentation specialist working across lighting products and automotive industries, the feature that immediately stood out to me was the multimodal capability. Being able to drop a 79-page PDF say, a product specification or service manual and instantly get an interactive interface to query it is genuinely useful. That alone changes how I approach document reviews.
The real-time camera feature is something I did not expect to use as much as I do. On the shop floor or in a review session, pointing at a component or an illustration and getting instant identification and advice cuts down back-and-forth significantly.
What I find most valuable for my workflow is Gems. Rather than repeating context every session, I set up a specialized version with my documentation standards, brand guidelines, and technical terminology already loaded. It behaves less like a chatbot and more like a trained assistant that already understands the project.
For longer projects like building a full technical guide or a structured content block from scratch combining Canvas for side-by-side editing with NotebookLM for managing research and reference material creates a workflow that actually holds together from start to finish. I have used this approach for complex illustration annotation projects and it reduced my revision cycles noticeably.
For anyone in technical writing or engineering documentation, this is not just an AI tool it is a reusable system you build and refine over time.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Video generation feels limited for professional use. Even with a paid subscription, the number of daily generations is low. In fields like technical documentation where visual output matters product demos, assembly guides, or instructional clips
this restriction becomes a bottleneck. A dedicated video tool is still the more practical option for heavier workloads.
The Thinking model delivers more reliable and thorough responses, but the longer processing time is noticeable during active work sessions. When iterating on documentation or working through detailed technical content, the speed difference between Thinking and Fast modes is something to factor into the workflow.
Platform complexity is another honest consideration. Gemini offers a lot, but using it effectively takes more than basic prompting. Gems, Canvas, and NotebookLM each serve different purposes, and combining them into a smooth workflow requires an initial learning investment. For professionals already managing demanding projects, that ramp-up period is real and should be expected.
These are not critical flaws, but they are practical points worth considering when evaluating whether the platform fits your specific work requirements.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most immediate problem it addresses is information overload. In technical documentation work, dealing with lengthy specification sheets, product manuals, and reference materials is a daily reality. Being able to load a large PDF and interact with it directly pulling specific data, generating summaries, or restructuring content saves hours that would otherwise go into manual reading and cross-referencing.
Repetitive task management is another area where the difference is noticeable. Setting up Gems for recurring documentation workflows means the groundwork does not need to be repeated every session. The instructions, terminology, and standards are already in place. This is particularly useful when working across multiple product lines or maintaining consistency across large content libraries.
The shift from basic prompting to context engineering is where the platform starts to feel genuinely different from other tools. By connecting a custom knowledge base through NotebookLM, the AI already understands the project background, writing style, and technical requirements. That continuity reduces the time spent re-explaining context and allows focus to stay on the actual work.
For end-to-end project work, the ability to move from research to drafting to editing within one ecosystem is a practical benefit. Whether building a structured technical guide or developing a new documentation framework, staying within a single platform reduces the friction of switching between multiple tools and keeps the workflow moving forward.

  ### 20. Gemini Helps to reduce operational overhead

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like using Gemini for my studies, code debugging, and freelancing projects. It helps me a lot in debugging by explaining why issues happen, so I don't need to seek out specific errors elsewhere. The interface is quite appealing, and it works well in a browser, which stands out to me. It does a particularly good job of work emails over and above the other AI tools. This is through well crafted GEMs which has delivered the appropriate formatting, writing style, and distillation of the key points needed for stakeholder emails. It's image generation and sparring partner for brainstorming is also great.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

There's nothing particularly that I dislike, but reasons I'll use other tools over Gemini. For example, with ongoing topics/projects I prefer to use Claude's project tool, where I can keep contained all relevant information about a long ongoing project. If I find Gemini's image generation isn't generating exactly what I want then I'll move to GPT.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've always had trouble with writing clear, concise project updates in easy to read formats, perfectly distilling the core information that stakeholders at different levels need to know/read. I have benefitted from jotting all the relevant information into a chat and having a GEM improve/tidy the formatting and distilling some of the content down to it's core value.

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I really like that Gemini is lightweight but still powerful—it doesn't feel dumbed down at all. It has an industry-leading feature, supporting a 1,000,000 token context window, which is really impressive for something that fast. It also stands out because it can transcribe audio and text and pick up on tone and visual cues, making interactions feel much more human in a live setting. I also appreciate its ability to analyze entire code bases without needing to break them into smaller parts, and its long-term project memory is a huge help, as it keeps specific data responses without needing constant refreshes.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

I find that there is a confidence gap, where Gemini can be too confident in its responses even when it's wrong. Instead of saying 'I don't know,' it might invent a function that doesn't exist or provide a logically flawed SQL join while sounding completely certain. This is a concern because one wrong formula can ruin an entire data analytics project. I always have to trust but verify its logic, especially with complex calculations. Another issue is that while Gemini is great at handling a single SQL query, it struggles with massive pipelines with multiple dependencies, sometimes losing track of the reasoning chain. It needs to be better at handling highly technical architecture tasks before speaking.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for my day-to-day tasks as a data engineer, like writing text for Power BI and coding on databases. It solves tech and board-related issues accurately, remembers project details over time, and handles complex data analytics without needing constant explanation.

  ### 44. Effortless Setup with Occasional Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushi D. | Internship Trainee, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I appreciate that Gemini is trained well and provides very accurate and really good answers, especially when it comes to research and debugging. I find it easy to use, with a simple setup that just requires logging in. It's a helpful tool for understanding code structure, debugging in detail, and conducting detailed code reviews and changes. I also enjoy using Gemini for image generation.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Sometimes the Gemini in anti gravity crashes out. It does not give accurate answers, and sometimes it just gives the same answer twice, multiple times. Even when the prompt has changed or when I'm told it to do something else, it gives the same answers and it crashes everything. That is the biggest problem I face.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for text generation and code debugging. It helps me understand code structure and perform detailed reviews and changes.

  ### 45. Gemini Pro’s Strong Reasoning and Power of Google Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like the most about gemini is it's Thinking capabilities. It tries to search the problems in google search and it gets really good inputs from there and try to give the best results. The pro version is extremely useful, it has lots of context window and have more limits on the tokens as compared to other GPT models. I also like gemini 3 latest model while doing coding as it's really good and improved from previous version.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini still needs improvements on code generation as sometimes it overthink and sometimes it misses corner cases and taking my time more into debugging the code.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves my lot of time in researching the basic technical things. This has become my go to search tool and I'm no longer using the google search for the same. It also has better pricing as compared to other GPT models.

  ### 46. Gemini: A Time-Saving Gem for Schoolwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I just love Gemini because it has definitely saved me a lot of time, which is a game changer for me. It makes life a lot easier as I don't have to do all the typing and data entry. With Gemini, you're able to upload files like PDFs and doc files, and it's able to parse all these files. From there, I can do a multitude of things using different tools and features. The initial setup was really easy; you just go to Gemini and off you go.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

You know, right now, Gemini is doing pretty well. I think, if you end up with a long standing conversation you end up with issues as it tends to be a little, I'll say ding-batty. It kind of forgets what it's doing or you have to be careful and make sure it's doing what you ask it to do.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gemini for schoolwork, uploading files like Excel sheets to find correlations that help me finish my work. It makes life easier by cutting down on typing and data entry, allowing me to view problems from different angles, and saving a lot of time.

  ### 47. Makes Daily Work Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I like Gemini because it helps me summarize production, maintenance, processing, dryer, and indent reports. It even saves time by organizing information I provide better and giving professional responses that are used directly in operations and communication by me. It is especially useful for troubleshooting machinery and production issues.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The biggest issue I’ve noticed is accuracy in technical and detailed context. Sometimes it gives answers that need verification before use.

Another issue is memory in long chats. After long conversations, it sometimes forgets earlier instructions or previously shared detail.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it faster to summarize information, draft internal communication, and understand technical topics more quickly.

It has improved my daily workflow by helping me process information faster and communicate with my team, especially during busy work times with multiple reports and operational updates.

  ### 48. Amazingly Precise Responses and Custom Gems That Fit My Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

The tool appears to deeply understand any type of user input. It responds with amazingly precise general information gathered from online and presents it in an organize and neat way. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to create and easily define gems which adds necessary parameters to lock information on myself or what I'm specifically interested in

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Not much to dislike, I guess the only thing is sometimes it interprets the guardrails so literally like for example I ask it to be direct with me which just results in it saying "Cutting to the chase" on every single reply. I guess I need to further modify the guardrails but it's a minor annoyance.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essentially everything. It's well incorporated to Gmail, Google Calendar, Notebook LM, etc. It has a great ability to absorb a lot of data and sift through it. Response times are fast, even at the pro thinking model.

  ### 49. Gemini’s Multimodal Power and Deep Google Integration Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu J. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

What stands out most about Gemini is its native multimodal capability. It can handle text, images, audio, video, and code in a single workflow, which makes it more versatile than many traditional AI tools. Another major advantage is its deep integration with the Google ecosystem. Also it's 1 million context window is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

The biggest issue is inconsistency in accuracy. While Gemini performs well in many cases, it can still generate incorrect or poorly grounded answers, especially in factual queries. It's not that good at back-end coding tasks even though it excels at frontend.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to generate, edit, and manage content directly within tools I already use, reducing context switching and saving time.

  ### 50. Essential for Students, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shefali N. | College student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Gemini?**

I use Gemini in my day-to-day activities as a college student, and it helps me with my studies. I love the screen sharing option, both live and basic, as it allows me to get answers easily. Gemini solves the problem of having to save and download images first. With the screen sharing option, I get answers easily and no longer have to take screenshots of questions. I also appreciate that Gemini helps me solve questions and handle a lot of PDFs without any limited access. The initial setup of Gemini is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gemini?**

Gemini is not good at solving equations; in my experience, it makes a lot of mistakes.

**What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini helps me easily solve question papers and PDFs through screen sharing, eliminating the need to save and download images. It makes accessing answers straightforward without restrictions.
