If you're doing online business or marketing, Google Ads is one of the best platforms to reach the right audience. With Google Ads, I can show my product directly to people who are already searching for it — which increases chances of conversion. The best part is, you don’t need a big budget to get started. I personally began with just ₹500 and learned how to optimize step-by-step. My experience with Google Ads has been excellent because it targets search-based intent — meaning, it captures people who are actively looking for the product or solution I’m offering. I’ve been using Google Ads for over a year now, and the biggest issue I’ve faced is with account suspension — especially for affiliate marketers, small advertisers, or retailers. If you're testing different offers or landing pages, Google quickly detects it and may flag your account. This makes it hard for people who are genuinely trying to grow their business. Google doesn’t provide enough support or flexibility for smaller advertisers. I’ve learned that it’s safer to create multiple ad groups within one campaign rather than running too many separate campaigns, which reduces the risk of getting suspended. Google Ads helps us reach motivated users who are actively searching for solutions. We appreciate the level of targeting, the ability to control spend and keywords, and the access to detailed performance data that ties directly to lead generation and conversions. It supports measurable growth across industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Account support can be inconsistent, and advice from Google reps has repeatedly caused serious performance issues across multiple accounts. We’ve seen strong campaigns tank after following their recommendations. The platform also continues to push automation that removes control from experienced marketers, which creates risk for clients in competitive or regulated industries. It gives you flexibility and ease of option to reach your potential customers as per your time, budget, and convenience. Monitoring it with a central marketing dashboard is easy too. We have used Google Ads for the past 10 years, and it has been a lifesaver for our business development teams by generating quality leads and giving full control of the budget as well. We are also satisfied with the customer support we received from the Google Ads team. We use it very frequently for generating leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the clear interface and learning resources in Google Ads that help me understand campaign setup, keyword research, and targeting options. I value the Keyword Planner and campaign setup tools the most because they help me understand keyword research, audience targeting, and how campaigns are structured, which is very useful for learning and evaluating digital advertising strategies. The platform feels complex for beginners, and more step-by-step guidance would help new users learn faster. More interactive tutorials and real-life examples would help beginners understand each step more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
