**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

Goodworld offers fantastic features, but what truly sets them apart is their incredible team. They’re always responsive and ready to support us whenever questions arise. We've completed one phase of our implementation, focused on something we use daily, and the setup was seamless. I really appreciate how versatile and easy Goodworld is to use. It’s become an essential part of our workflow.

There's not much to dislike about Goodworld, especially if issues arise, they are there to help out as quickly as possible :)

Goodworld is helpful for our workplace campaigns and easy to use when we have our events!

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

Goodworld has raised our online giving bar by leaps and bounds. Everything is customizable and our partner organizations love having their own giving link, access to real-time donations and customizable giving pages.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

Goodworld is lacking little, but a seating chart in the Events section would be lovely.

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Local United Way agency, our fundraising is different than most non-profits. The Goodworld team seeks to understand our needs and responds quickly with fixes and updates.

We're in the early stages of working with this team, and they've already impressed us with their knowledge and responsiveness. They've taken the time to answer all our questions thoroughly, and it's clear they care about getting things right from the start. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

One thing we’d love to see improve is a bit more proactive communication on timelines and next steps, just to help us stay aligned as things move forward.

Overall, we're excited to continue working together!

They're making it much easier for us to streamline by combining multiple platforms into one, which will be a huge help for our team.

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

We have been working with Goodworld for several years using their Spare Change program.  It provides us with a great way to receive microdonations. The Goodworld team is amazing! Super responsive and always providing excellent communication and service. They're a delight to work with!

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

As a small nonprofit, we would of course always prefer fewer fees taken from donations.

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We specifically benefit from the Spare Change program, which provides donors an easy way to give back.

The reporting dashboards and filters are helpful to track progress against goals.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

I understand fees and it's reasonable, but I wish that the admin fee was cheaper for non-profits so we could retain more for our clients.

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's integrated with Salesforce which is really helpful for tracking donors. The dashboards are also really user friendly.

We love its user friendly platform and how you can customize and tailor your deisgn to fit your branding. We also LOVE our rep Brittany. She is always available and ready to help if we have any questions.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

I would love if we were able to manipulate the "blocks" to be able to create more aesthetically pleasing pages.

I recommend this product to any nonprofit or small business.

We are able to post directly to our website without having to involve website developers which is a huge plus. We also are able to easily share on our link tree and via social media which helps us reach a wider audience!

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

Goodworld is a great user-friendly platform. The customer support they provide to our organization is top-notch. They are always looking for ways in which they can grow and improve the platform which makes great sense in the evolving world we live in.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

I don’t really have any dislikes. The only time I have trouble with something is creating the appropriate graphics that work across all devices, especially mobile devices. It can be a bit cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Goodworld:**

If the platform doesn't have a function you need, don't hesitate to ask the Goodworld team. They are constantly looking to grow their platform.

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has increased our peer-to-peer fundraising efforts due to the simplicity of this platform. We have been able to offer giving pages for a variety of needs from something as large as statewide campaigns to birthday fundraisers.

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

We have been so satisfied with the ease of setting up events and the quality of the webpage.  Our donors have also found the site easy to use and are comfortable sharing their information there.  A big bonus is the customer service we have consistently received from Goodworld.  As a small organization, every bit of help is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

I look forward to the day that Goodworld has a peer to peer fundraising section for our 5ks!

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem solved is the time required to set up events and fundraisers.  It is a quick and easy process which is so appreciated.  The other problem we consistently faced was donor comfort in making online donations.  We have received consistently positive feedback from donors once we switched to Goodworld.

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

SCIDpda has had very good experiences working with Goodworld's customer service and backend team to find accommodations on limitations in the interface/software and features not yet available. Questions are answered and addressed in a timely manner. 

As we re-enter the world of in-person fundraising via events and galas, we will continue to use Goodworld to represent our fundraising campaigns digitally.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

Wish there was integration software for in-person events.

**Recommendations to others considering Goodworld:**

Use Goodworld if your goal is to raise money online. Of course, no donation software will work if you can't tell a good story or know what a compelling photo looks like -- so make sure you have that stuff when you create your digital campaigns.

**What problems is Goodworld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goodworld has been an important tool for our organization to scale up our fundraising digitally. During COVID-times when our organization has had to rely on fundraising online rather than our traditional in-person fundraising venues, we've made good use of Goodworld's donation and event page creation tools to showcase our community's stories, digital campaigns, peer-to-peer campaigns, and virtual events for the broader public.

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

I like how easy using Goodworld is for everyone who uses it.  If I have a question it is answered very promptly.  I appreciate having someone to ask that is very receptive and available.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

There really isn't anything that I dislike.  The staff is very friendly and the program is easy to use.

The problem we solved was having fundraising pages all in one area.  It does a great job of showing you how your fundraising is doing.

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

It's very user friendly in setting up landing pages and campaigns, and the look meshes well with our website.  which is in wordpress. Donations are easy to track, and the recurring donations work just fine.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

I'd like to be able to set up discounts for tickets or VIP codes on events.  that's a challenge.  Also,  we need to be able to add accounts to contacts who may not have email so we can more easily process event participation.

Making online giving for our supporters easier is a huge plus. Tracking their gifts works well for updating into QB.  It's definitely a time saver in being able to update campaign content,

**What do you like best about Goodworld?**

The customer service is excellent. I like that they also offer several features such as Spare Change, anonymous giving, paying for transaction fees, and e-cards as well as the peer to peer giving side. The platform is very robust.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

Some things aren't as intuitive as I'd prefer so it takes us longer to create the campaigns, pages and customizations we need.

We use Goodworld as an online donation platform and peer to peer platform. As donations continue to move online, it's critical that we have a platform that looks good, is user-friendly, and offers several options for us and our donors.

The Goodworld platform is easy to use and Richie is quick to respond if you have questions.  We were able to track donations and auction information effectively!

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

No dislikes to report. We just added peer-to-peer to our capability. Seems easy to set up. We're excited to use the platform to utilize its fullest capabilities.

We only have good information to report at this time.  Our Auction was successful and we also liked the automated receipts!

The most helpful component of the platform for us is the peer to peer fundraising process.

**What do you dislike about Goodworld?**

There isn't really anything to dislike. Some great new features I'm sure are coming and we like that we get to grow with Goodworld as our needs grow they answer the call.

It's beautiful to see our success in fundraising on the dashboard upon logging in. We are also able to start challenges among our supporters to have fun with making education a part of every holds life.

Both the technology and the support team at Goodworld are fantastic and easy to engage.

I haven't experienced any downsides of the platform.

AMAZING benefits.  I can now use text to donate, create campaigns, see who donated, and give to many different charities.  I love it!
