## About GoodRep
GoodRep is review management software for local businesses and small agencies. It brings Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Yelp reviews into one inbox so owners can monitor ratings, draft replies, and request new reviews without switching tabs. Businesses connect Google and Facebook with one-click OAuth. Yelp listings are added by URL or business ID and sync through Yelp's Fusion API, which returns up to the three most recent reviews per location. Approved replies can post back to Google and Facebook from GoodRep. Posting replies to Yelp from GoodRep requires an optional Yelp Partner Respond to Reviews token. Without that token, owners draft in GoodRep and post on Yelp. When a new review arrives, GoodRep can send a low-rated alert and generate an AI reply draft. Drafts use the organization's brand voice settings. Nothing posts until a person approves the reply. To grow review volume, owners send email and SMS review-request campaigns from Automation, including reminders and unsubscribe or STOP handling. SMS is included in paid plans after customers opt in and carriers approve a dedicated number. The 14-day trial does not create a carrier registration. Shareable review links with tracking are available for copy and paste. Square merchants can connect Square so a completed payment triggers an email review request, with delay, visit, and cooldown rules. Square POS SMS is not available yet. Analytics include rating trends, estimated text sentiment and themes, response rate, competitor star benchmarking (up to three rivals), an SEO health score per location, CSV export, and a printable PDF report. Weekly email digests are included. Monthly reports and white-label branding are available on higher plans. GoodRep is a hosted web application. Plans are month-to-month with published prices: Essential at $39 per month (1 location), Pro at $69 (3 locations), Agency at $199 (10 locations), and Enterprise at $299 (25 locations). New accounts start a 14-day Essential trial with no credit card. Support is available at support@goodrep.io.
