Centralised Platform For Recruitment: GoodJob offers a centralised platform for handling the entire recruitment process. It allows me to post jobs, receive applications from candidates, track candidates, and collaborate with team members. By this, we can save time and effort.
GoodJobs provides an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which helps users manage and organise candidates' data effectively.

Limited Pool of Candidates: The pool of candidates in GoodJob or any recruitment platform is limited, which could impact the effectiveness of our hiring process.
Candidates Filter: It is difficult to filter and sort through many applied candidates effectively. There should be more advanced filtering and searchable capabilities. Lack of this capability could lead to time-consuming and manual efforts to find a suitable candidate.
