The fact that the content is super snappy and just takes 3 minutes a day to complete is great, but the way it's presented is the game-changer. It genuinely feels like i'm using Instagram with a bit of TikTok thrown in too. **What do you dislike about Goodcourse?** So you probably couldn't use GoodCourse for what you might call deep learning, but it does lend itself incredibly well to EDI or say well-being type topics. **Recommendations to others considering Goodcourse:** It honestly is a breath of fresh air.. **What problems is Goodcourse solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us it was all about trying different training methods to engage our employees on topics that really matter. Having GoodCourse to break up the monotony of our LMS based courses was great. ### 3. GoodCourse makes learning really easy and accessible for them. **What do you dislike about Goodcourse?** There are a lot of analytics, which means a lot of data to use to understand engagement and learning outcomes. Of course that's a good thing in the end, but does mean I spend time eagerly sifting through various insights! **What problems is Goodcourse solving and how is that benefiting you?** As above, it's really that some of our staff are a) hard to reach, given their work is mostly frontline, and b) staff are too busy to engage with learning in general. GoodCourse makes learning easy, engaging, and accessible. ### 4. Really fast to build content, which looks great and is accessible for all our learners. Engagement rates are great, too! **What do you dislike about Goodcourse?** I used to think I should be able to send content out via email too, not just text, but actually the engagement rates with text are so much higher than email that I can see why that's the way to deliver learning! **What problems is Goodcourse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our learners are often hard to reach (busy, not at a computer etc.), and a lot of the feedback shows that our usual e-learning isn't engaging or fun. GoodCourse changes that in an instance! ### 5. Other staff are simply too busy to do old fashioned long e-learning. GoodCourse let's us send out really engaging courses to anyone's phone. ### 6.
