## About GoodBarber
GoodBarber is an all-in-one platform for building professional native mobile apps — for iOS, Android, and Progressive Web Apps — without writing a line of code. Since 2011, GoodBarber has helped businesses ship apps that look and perform like custom development, at roughly one-tenth of the total cost of ownership. Today an app built with GoodBarber is downloaded somewhere in the world every 4 seconds, across active users in 152 countries — making it one of the leading app builders in Europe and a recognized global player. Unlike app builders that stop at creation, GoodBarber takes you from build to daily operation to long-term growth: a built-in CMS, push notifications, mobile e-commerce, hosting, analytics, and App Store / Google Play publishing — all under one subscription, one back-office, one bill. No separate hosting, database, or payment subscriptions to assemble. What sets GoodBarber apart: - Truly native output. Three independent engines generate compiled Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), and PWA code from a single configuration — not hybrid or WebView-wrapped apps. - A real design system. GoodBarber was the first app builder to formalize a three-layer design system (Foundations → Atoms → UI Components), enforcing WCAG contrast and typographic rules automatically. Every app looks professional; no two look alike. - Compliance built in. All data is hosted in Europe. A unified Privacy Center handles GDPR, consent (IAB TCF v2), permissions, and Apps-for-Kids rules — so apps pass store review on the first try. - 0% commission on e-commerce. GoodBarber takes no cut on any in-app transaction, online or offline. 22 payment gateways, installed in one click. - Agent-ready. An open-source MCP server lets AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) operate a GoodBarber app by natural language. GoodBarber powers apps across a wide range of use cases — news & media, radio & podcasts, tourism guides, events, online courses, content creators, schools, faith & non-profit communities, employee communication, bookings & services, restaurants, grocery, local delivery, and retail storefronts. From solo creators and local businesses to marketing teams shipping without IT, and agencies and resellers managing portfolios of client apps.

## GoodBarber Reviews
 ### 1. The fastest way to ship a genuinely modern app on your own

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Layal a. | Digital Chief Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I've been with GoodBarber for almost 6 years now, and I have to say that the quality of their work, the solutions they offer, and the innovation they consistently demonstrate are greatly underestimated in the market.

The UI/UX is honestly one of the best I've seen in this category. The back office is clean, logical, and genuinely pleasant to work in, and the apps you ship out of it look polished by default. Even non technical users on my side can jump in and get productive quickly.

On integrations, the platform plays well with everything I need: APIs, external services, payment providers, analytics, plus native connectors that save a lot of custom work. Whenever I've needed to plug GoodBarber into an existing ecosystem, it just worked.

Performance has never been an issue. Builds are fast, the published apps are responsive, load times are short, and I've had no meaningful downtime over these years. That reliability matters more than any feature list.

In terms of pricing and ROI, the value is remarkable. What they charge versus what you would spend building and maintaining the equivalent with an agency or an in house team is simply not comparable. The return was obvious within the first months.

Support and onboarding are excellent. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and actually helpful rather than scripted, and the documentation plus tutorials make getting started painless. Over 6 years I've always had answers when I needed them.

Finally, the AI and intelligence side is where they keep surprising me. They ship modern, genuinely useful capabilities instead of gimmicks, and they do it early. That is what innovation looks like in practice.

I'm very pleased to be able to use their platform and very satisfied with the solution.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Honestly, there's very little I dislike. The only real limitation I've run into is the lack of control over push notification personalization. Right now there's not much you can do to tailor pushes to individual users or segments, and connecting that layer to external automation tools like Make or similar is not really possible either. I know it's on the roadmap, so I'm confident it will come.

That said, I think this is fairly normal. Giving full autonomy over push configuration is a sensitive thing to open up, both technically and in terms of the risk of misuse, so I understand why they've been cautious about it. It's a limitation I can live with, and it's the only one I'd point to after almost 6 years on the platform.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodBarber solves the core problem of shipping a modern, polished mobile app without a large budget and without deep technical expertise. Before, getting an app that looked and felt genuinely current meant either hiring an agency or building an in house dev team, both of which are out of reach for most organizations.

With GoodBarber, I can deliver an app that is highly customizable, visually up to date, and aligned with current mobile standards, all with limited resources and without writing code. The benefit for me is speed and autonomy: I can design, adjust, publish, and iterate on my own, react quickly to new needs, and keep the product feeling fresh over time instead of being locked into whatever was built two years ago.

Concretely, it means I get an output that looks like it came from a much bigger operation, at a fraction of the cost and effort.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write all this. Thank you, genuinely.

On push personalization, I have better news than you expect: what you're describing has shipped. It isn't in the back office, which is where you were looking. Our MCP server now handles push, so you can ask an assistant like Claude for a notification and it composes the three things that matter: the message, the audience, and what opens on tap.

The audience part is exactly your point. You can target by platform, user group, language, location, app launch frequency, subscription status, and individual user identification. So you can re-engage readers who have drifted, or speak differently to active, expired and non-subscribers. Scheduling comes with it: a date and time, a day of the week, or each user's own local time.

And it goes past Make or Zapier rather than joining them. Those wire a fixed trigger to a fixed action. The MCP hands over the operations themselves, so the logic stays with you.

You called this the only limitation after almost six years. I'd rather you had one fewer. Happy to point you to the guide.

Jérôme

 ### 2. Improvement of User Experience, Excellent Quality of Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casalegno J. | Responsable de publication , Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I really appreciate that the GoodBarber team keeps up with technological advancements and constantly updates itself. For example, the integration of AI into the application is a development that I was able to offer among the first in my sector. This really serves our clients, especially those who are design thinking consultants needing to prepare workshops effectively. Additionally, the quality of service is excellent. With features like access to training modules, self-assessment quizzes, and webinars, GoodBarber significantly enhances the user experience and fosters a better connection with our clients. Finally, I appreciate the quick responses I receive when I encounter difficulties, probably thanks to my previous satisfactory experience with WMaker.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Sometimes, it is difficult to fully benefit from GoodBarber because communication is only done via an asynchronous chat. A synchronous chat would save time. Learning the technology takes a bit of time, especially for someone who is not a technician, and a synchronous chat could speed up this process without too many issues.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodBarber allows staying in tune with clients who use their mobile devices and facilitates their training wherever and whenever they want. The training modules, self-assessment quizzes, and webinars enhance the user experience and bring us closer to our clients. There are very many features offered, which means we always find a solution.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Thank you, and coming from someone who was with us back in the WMaker days, that means something.

Your point about asynchronous chat is well made, and the distinction you draw matters. A considered written answer is the right format when the question is complex. It costs you an afternoon when the question is small and you are blocked on it while learning.

That second case is the one we have just worked on. An assistant is now live in the help center of your back office. It answers instantly, and it draws its answers from our documentation rather than improvising them, so what it tells you can be relied on. It is not a human on a live chat, but for the moments you describe, being stuck on something small, it removes the wait entirely. The harder questions still go to the team, and there your point stands. I'm passing it on.

Glad the training modules and webinars are pulling their weight, and glad the AI work let you get there first in your sector. That is exactly what we hoped people would do with it.

 ### 3. Powerful App Building with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I really like the support. They are very reactive anytime something expires or I miss some sort of App Store update. They always come in and help me get things rolling again. The builder tool has a nice balance between drag and drop and customization. It's super user friendly, so it's easy to get in there and start figuring things out with premade drag and drop options. I can build what I want quickly and then customize the look to match my brand. It was pretty easy to set up GoodBarber, and they make it straightforward to get the app stores set up properly, with easy-to-understand fees. Also, if I was ever confused, they had support to get me straightened out. Additionally, it is nice that GoodBarber shows pages on our website natively on the app, allowing updates to sync easily.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I really don't have too many complaints. We have been using them for years and I'm happy with it. If I had to pick something, I would say I would like to see a better alert system for changes or things that need attention in the App Store. It's mostly a me thing, but it's easy to miss something critical on one of the app stores and the app ends up down. If they had a tool to help alert us of these high priority needs before it comes to that, that would be awesome.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodBarber allows me to create an app without a development background. The builder tool balances drag and drop and customization, making it user-friendly to build quickly and customize to match our brand.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi Brandon, thank you, and for being with us for years! On App Store alerts: good news, we already email you when your distribution or push certificates are about to expire, so a missed renewal doesn't take your app down. You're right that we could go further with more proactive alerts on other high-priority store issues, though. I'm flagging it to the team as real product input. Thanks again for the trust and the kind words about support.

 ### 4. Customizable, Cost-Effective Solution for Conference Apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I love that GoodBarber allowed me to brand nearly every aspect, making it feel like our organization's own app rather than a generic third-party conference platform. The final product was beautiful and highly functional, and it was easy for attendees to navigate. Throughout the conference, I've heard people say it was the best conference app they've used because the information was simple to read, easy to find, and clearly organized. I also appreciate being able to update things in real-time with immediate posting to the app and the easy-to-navigate back end. As a UX designer, I found GoodBarber incredibly easy to use with their template building, and even team members who aren't as savvy with coding or design tools found the back end easy enough to navigate. Goodbarber's support team is another major strength. I have rarely worked with a technology company that responds so quickly.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

As a UX designer, I wish there were more opportunities for completely free form customization. The templates naturally create some limitations compared with designing a fully custom interface in a tool like Figma. At the same time, those limitations also make the building process faster and simpler. The available templates are thoughtfully designed, look excellent in practice, and are already structured to work with app store requirements.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoodBarber because it's significantly more affordable than other conference apps, allowing us to create a personalized app. I enjoy being able to brand it fully, and it updates in real time, ensuring easy navigation and organized information for attendees.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi Ian, thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. Coming from a UX designer, that genuinely means a lot. Making an app feel like your organization's own, rather than a generic conference platform, is exactly what we build for.

On free-form customization: you're right that templates are the fast path, but they aren't the ceiling. When you need something fully bespoke, you can build custom sections two ways: the classic route, coding your own extension for complete control, or our AI Extension Builder, which turns a plain-language description into a custom section with no developer required. So next time a template can't quite express what you've sketched in Figma, you won't have to settle.

Thanks again for the kind words about our support team and the real-time updates. I'll pass them on to everyone here. Can't wait to see what you build next.

 ### 5. Accelerate Development with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agencia Vía Creativa . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I really like the graphical interface of the GoodBarber editor. I also enjoy the ease of developing the application at a visual level. It speeds up the development processes by having a user-friendly editor, which is very useful to achieve the final product I want for myself and my clients. Additionally, the time-saving it provides is a great benefit. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Nothing, everything is perfect like this.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodBarber accelerates development processes with its user-friendly editor and saves time, allowing me and my clients to achieve the desired final product.

 ### 6. Simple modular system and great support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johannes S. | Pastor und Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

The modular system from Goodbarber is very easy and intuitive to use. The customer service is also great: you receive an immediate response, and the support is consistently helpful.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

For me, the price is a bit too high, as I am acting as a private provider and do not represent a company.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to develop an app. Either I learn to program an app from scratch myself, which is enormously time-consuming, or I opt for a builder with support from professionals. That's why I ended up with GoodBaber, because they cover exactly that.

 ### 7. No-Code App Building Made Easy, Backed by Exceptional GoodBarber Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Generally speaking, no coding experience was necessary to create a mobile app using GoodBarber's model. The steps to create an app are clearly delineated in the dashboard. The quality and speed of GoodBarber's support team is exceptional--I don't think I ever had to wait more than 24 hours to receive constructive feedback from the support team. The annual cost of having GoodBarber host our app is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I don't feel that there are any downsides to using GoodBarber.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hoops one has to jump through to have your mobile app on either of the app stores is significant, and becomes more onerous every year. GoodBarber facilitates the whole process making it a lot easier to have your app listed on the Apple Store or the Google Play store.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi, this kind of review makes our day. Thank you for trusting GoodBarber with your app, and don't hesitate to reach out whenever you need us.

 ### 8. Intuitive UI and Versatile Content Creation with GoodBarber

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Z. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

It allows you to create a wide variety of content and the user interface is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

There is really nothing I dislike about GoodBarber. It offers multiple integrations, great performance, competitive pricing, and outstanding support.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing comprehensive content into an easily accessed format has always been a challenge, but GoodBarber has simplified this process. Now, our members have all of our resources right at their fingertips. The App has allowed my business to scale upward efficiently, providing more value for customers at lower cost, with higher efficiency on our backend.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi John, thank you for the generous review. We're glad to have you building with GoodBarber.

 ### 9. Simple, Customizable App Design with Smooth Cross-Phone Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I like the simplicity of designing the app and how I can make it my own. It integrates well with the different phones.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Sometimes it is not so easy to connect with google and apple, whilst this is not directly GoodBarbers fault it does impact the overall experience

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us as a ministry get the word out of the resources we have

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi Steven, thank you for the review, and I'm glad the design side feels simple and truly yours. You're right that connecting with Google and Apple can be the fiddly part, and while a lot of it comes down to their own account and store requirements, that doesn't make it less of a hassle for you. That's exactly why our support team can walk you through every step of the store setup, so please lean on them whenever a connection gets bumpy. Thanks again for building with us.

 ### 10. Intuitive and with excellent support: a well-rounded experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel A. | LIder de Sistemas, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

It is very intuitive to use and the support service always resolved my issues and questions.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Nothing, I am very satisfied with the product.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to publish the website and the app that I needed to inform a target group about all the news regarding the organization.

 ### 11. Intuitive App Creator, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I love that GoodBarber is playful and intuitive, with an interface that doesn't deter the novice while offering numerous functions. I was able to create a mobile application specialized in wine tourism without any initial technical knowledge, and receive help for publishing it on the various app stores. The initial setup was simple thanks to the support of the GoodBarber team who guided me at every step.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I would like GoodBarber to allow for even greater customization possibilities of the interface, especially regarding the header. Also, the possibility of having intuitive video players right on the homepage.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With GoodBarber, I was able to create and publish a mobile app in wine tourism without technical knowledge, thanks to a fun, intuitive interface rich in features.

 ### 12. Easy Setup, Helpful Support, Affordable Pricing, and Great Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Really easy to set up. Tech support is very helpful, the pricing is affordable, and the performance is great.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

The steps to publish on stores don’t have a (back) button. If you make a mistake, you have to open a ticket just to get it reset. Also, there’s still no Liquid Glass implementation yet.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push notifications and updates were really difficult to manage and often broken on other platforms, and their tech support wasn’t helpful. GoodBarber actually solved both of these frustrating problems for me.

 ### 13. Affordable, No-Code App Creation Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vet R. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

The cost and ease of creating an app, without coding experience

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I don't understand the name or reference to Barbers

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have an app published in the store that gives our clients the ability to interact with our service, from an app on their phone

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi, ha, fair question, and you're not the first to ask! The idea behind the name is simple: a good barber takes the time to give each person a look that fits them perfectly, with real care and craft. That's the spirit we wanted for building apps, something well-designed and truly yours, not one-size-fits-all. I'm glad the no-code side made that easy and affordable for you. Thanks for the review, and for the smile.

 ### 14. The best of all for building your app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tenenbaum A. | Endopeel Researcher & Inventor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

UI / UX, Integrations, Support / onboarding

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

difficult at first to handle but thanks to the very professional and quick support, it's perfect

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goodbarber resolves all our questions about construction, evaluation, and submission to Google Play and the App Store.

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi Alain, thank you so much. You put your finger on something real: there's a learning curve at the start, and getting through it shouldn't rest entirely on the support team, as great as they are. We keep working to make those first steps smoother. I'm thrilled the end result feels perfect for Endopeel, and it's been a real pleasure having you in the community. Merci, et à très vite.

 ### 15. User-Friendly, Great Integrations, and Industry-Leading Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Its great for users that dont know much coding, Its user friendly, the apps and integrations are great addons! Pricing is resonable and the support is the best in the industry!

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

There are some basic features that need implementing.. urgently. But everything has to go through the Canny app to put forward your idea.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us get a good app out in our industry and gaining more sales

 ### 16. Easy-to-Use UI and Helpful Support, but Pricing and Per-App Subscriptions Add Up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea O. | Founder & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Easiness of use; user interface; support

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Expensive; one subscription for each application

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate my customers' experience with a simple app

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Thank you, and thank you for putting the reservation in the title rather than burying it. That is fair.

On one subscription per app: if you are running several, our reseller offer may suit you better. It is built for people who manage multiple apps, with one subscription under which you create as many apps as you want. There is a point where that costs less than paying app by app, and from what you describe you may have crossed it already. Worth five minutes with support to check.

Glad the interface and the team are holding up their end.

Jérôme

 ### 17. Built a Business App in 3 Days, It was Easy, Affordable, and Reliable for Years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I made an app in 3 days that served my business purposes. It was easy to use and not expensive.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I didn't see a lot of downside until I tried to greatly expand the use case. I ended up using a third party to develop, but this solution worked for me for years.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

App creation, clear instructions and guidance on how to submit to the App stores

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> Hi, three days from idea to a working business app is exactly the kind of speed we aim for, so thank you, and thank you for years of building with GoodBarber. On hitting a ceiling when you expanded the use case: that's fair, and it's an area we've since opened up. Beyond the standard sections, you can now build fully custom ones, either by coding your own extension or with our new AI Extension Builder, which generates a custom section from a plain-language description, no developer required. So a bigger use case doesn't necessarily mean going outside GoodBarber anymore.

 ### 18. Application creation made easy with GoodBarber!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

The simplicity of the app creation process

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Publishing can be complex, just like adding features which still requires mastery of the tool, the advantage is that the support is very responsive and provides you with help quickly.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create, deploy, and maintain a mobile application

**Official Response from Jerome Granados:**

> You've named a real trade-off: building the app is the part we can keep simple, while getting through the stores is demanding for anyone who publishes, whatever tool they use. That is exactly why we keep a team dedicated to it, and it's good to read they were quick when you needed them: walking people through submission is a large part of their job. On features needing some mastery, that's fair. There is a learning curve, and making it as smooth as possible is where our focus goes, something that is more achievable today thanks to AI features that let you describe what you need in plain language instead of hunting for the right setting. Thank you for building with GoodBarber.

 ### 19. Horrible customer service and incredibly restrictive platform

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conrad Z. | UA Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

The UI, the app builder and the supposedly ease of use.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Hmmm where to start. All customer service takes 24-48hours to respond. When you receive the response it usually is so limited that immediately you must follow up to get a more detailed response.
Their platform does not allow you to integrate Appsflyer so you have no way of tracking where your users are coming from.
I have paid for 2 years over 3k+ and have still not published my app. Goodbarber API doesnt work as intended and the team refuses to look into it.

They simply act like they dont give a sh*t about you. Its incredibly frustrating.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting a blog subscription to app.

 ### 20. Best DIY Mobile App Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajiv R. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

This is the BEST mobile app DIY platform. Very easy to work with, features are great and hosting of apps to stores is seamless. Otherwise, I have tried all DIY platforms and this is the best of all.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Only disadvantage is the price and support some times doesnt understand your queries.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to build a mobile app without any code

 ### 21. Simple, functional and practical.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Herve A. | Founder & CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2022

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

GoodBarber is ideal for design. Just for drag and drop. It helped me to quickly build a prototype app for a client.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

The cost is considered a bit high. There is not much customization available.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodBarber helped me build an app for a TV channel by integrating YouTube Channel to make it accessible for multiple users

 ### 22. Very easy to use to get a simple, but effective app up and running.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

The UI is great, but my favorite aspect has got to be the analytics that are on the home page. It's great to have that information right as you log in and not have to go searching for it.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Some of the customizations can be simplistic. For us, that's not a bad thing since our app is simple and doesn't need a lot. However, I can see how some would find it not detailed enough.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have gained a lot through having a company-specific app. Good Barber helped that creation become a reality. I was always intimidated by the idea of creating an app, but Good Barber helped take that away by creating simple tools to create. Our locations can better communicate with us at the corporate office through the app that we built through Good Barber

 ### 23. The company treats its customers terribly.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

there is nothing special about this service

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

A mess in accounting, after a few days the payment was credited to their bank account, they unreasonably turned off the applications without notice. I have never met such a terrible attitude towards clients anywhere. I decided to switch to using another service

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A mess in accounting, after a few days the payment was credited to their bank account, they unreasonably turned off the applications without notice. This situation happened to me three times. After the last time, I decided to find and switch to using another service

 ### 24. For Simple APPS Maybe OK But If You Want To Customize It FORGET GOODBARBER

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2021

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

They publish the APP for you on Google and Apple Store.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Not customizable and the customer services takes forever to respond to your query.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

It's not easy to implement minor changes to their app, and they are very inflexible.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building an APP for my Chinese students to use that I teach in China.

 ### 25. Useful friendly tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Management interface is awesome! Very easy, drag and drop handling.
Templates design are top notch. It's well worth the price. Easy, friendly to handle and compelling templates design. A really useful platform for business.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

There is no free version. Unfortunately, PWA trial last for 30 days only.
Before to publish native apps on the stores, you have to upgrade to premium version.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As retailer, build an Online Shop for eCommerce and business promotion

 ### 26. No coding experience needed!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2020

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I have not found much that compares to GoodBarber’s ease of use! It is as close to "drag and drop" as you can get, especially when you don’t have a large budget! It’s a yearly subscription fee, with available addons, which is great for small to mid size companies looking to connect with their customers on a different level. For us, having a login screen and white-label branding was a must and we got that and so much more, plus the start up time is quick and backed by a superior support team! I also love their “drag and drop feature” which allows you the option to use web links, html code, third-party integrations, or helpful in-app features.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

I wish the analytics of GoodBarber were more robust, with the ability to drill down more. I can’t tell which user is the most active, or which region, and for how long that user was active. I’d also like to know more about what areas of the app get the most visits. However, push notification analytics are great, so I’ve been sending more notifications to help estimate interest on specific subjects. GoodBarber seems to cater more towards retail end-users but we haven’t had much of an issue (B2B). Maybe GoodBarber can remember that they have a much larger audience?

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

GoodBarber, I believe is headquartered in Croatia but their support team is so quick to respond, you will never know the difference. You can feel at ease knowing the staff is there to help you make your app shine!

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not solving a problem but providing additional tools for our partners to do business with us on the go. It helps them conduct business when a phone call may not be viable. We built the app to host important documents, forms, photos/videos in an effort to help streamline the sales process(es). Unfortunately our demographic is in the middle of a generation change, so it is not as widely accepted...yet! One major benefit of having a mobile app, in the manufacturing world, is the idealization that we are a forward-thinking company.

 ### 27. Good but rigid

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiara M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2019

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Very easy and intuitive, good graphic and really good looking resolution on every mobile tested

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

It's really hard to find a function completely lived up to what you expect. Basic functions are ok, but if you need anything deeper good luck.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

Choose it if you won't need special functions, or proximity tech

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We developed several apps, and we chose it because we were interested in proximity notifications- a function they sell, but the performance is really disappointing.

 ### 28. goodbarber

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** barbara s. | ms, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I didn't realize I could create applications with no learning in coding until I went over Goodbarber. It has a great deal of highlights which may be dubious utilizing at first yet once you get the hang of it you'll understand how fun it is making applications with Goodbarber, it is additionally so engaging on account of its astounding plan. Furthermore, the way that it is additionally accessible on portable makes it simple creating applications since you can do it wherever you go.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

This device has a lot of formats dependent on the kind of use we need to make as sound and time and so on. GoodBarber likewise has its own CMS to make content. What would i be able to state about this apparatus? The distinction would be the expense of the permit.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

I consider Goodbarber the best programming with regards to creating applications, it has extraordinary highlights, incredible plan and you'll be strolled through each progression while making your application. It additionally has valuable mixes.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting data for my clients to get to, sending pop-up messages out to give data and updates to my clients.

 ### 29. A decent place to start your first app

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

Lots of features to choose from and design options. Simple to build an app with your own spin on it.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

While it was somewhat customizable, there were a few features I would have liked to implement that I wasn't able to. We mainly used it as a hub to connect other features under one screen for easier access.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

Good for learning how to set up an app, decent as a starting point.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this software for an internal team app. We used it for a year until we decided to only utilize a project tracker that we had connected to this app.

 ### 30. You too can Build Your Own App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2019

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

With no prior experience or knowledge, I was able to create a decent and creative app for a business idea. The templates are original and very customisable thus allowing you to create something unique with dozens of different design options. I like that the app is completely fully functional.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

In order to take advantage of what the software offers and additional features, you must use their integration options. Their support team/staff is slow in getting back in touch. Help is non-existant, if you can't find answers in their blog or online help section you're out of luck. You can reach out to their live help but they will give you the most basic & slow response (I think they are based in Europe) and direct you to the online help section and blog you've already exhausted looking for answers that aren't there. The ecommerce ability is not great.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

This is a very flexible app-making experience. There is a new editor that makes it easier to customise your design making it really fun to use. GoodBarber seems to constantly add new features and are slowing growing and adapting to user focus features. However, the customer service is awful, often taking long periods of time to answer simple questions. If you are a newbie, you might want to consider another option.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

without any experience and funds to hire someone, I was allowed to select from several different layouts for each section thus creating something with flexibility and creativity within the design. With the editor feature, I was able to change design direction without losing valuable content.

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

It allowed me to design my app for free for my company!

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

Nothing as the free option let me see everything about their services!

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building an app

 ### 37. My experience creating Apps in GoodBarber

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Fundador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2018

**What do you like best about GoodBarber?**

I love the ease of choosing very good app designs and beautiful look 'n feel, and that users can log in with their Facebook or Google accounts. The support staff is generally friendly and very attentive. It works very well for store or service provider apps.

**What do you dislike about GoodBarber?**

The limited customization of Mapas-CMS (it does not support downloading KMZ points for global editing, although it does support uploading). In the PWA version, functionality involving GPS may fail. It has issues loading embedded HTML content on iPhone (connectivity problems with IPv6).

**Recommendations to others considering GoodBarber:**

Very easy to use, and for creating semi-static content applications or CMS. Not recommended for use with embedded HTML for iPhones (it has many problems loading content on iPv6 connections). As a very positive point, in its initial package, you can count on most of the Premium features of others.

**What problems is GoodBarber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped not having to hire an app development agency to consider a minimum viable product, until seeing if the project could gain acceptance. The monthly maintenance cost is then very low and avoids a fixed infrastructure cost.
