Staff find it easy to set up and we're able to invite users with a simple email sent via the web panel. We've been able to easily move the company to remote-only over the past year and GoodAccess has been a central part of that. **What do you dislike about GoodAccess?** We'd love to be able to set an expiry date for access when inviting users, as it would make management even easier. We'd also like to see a native ARM-based version of the software, as currently we have to set it up slightly differently on those devices, which is slightly more time consuming. **What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use GoodAccess to provide the static IPs required to access a number of critical tools, and the software allows us to very easily provision this out to our staff. All of the features you come to expect from a business VPN are within easy access and even the most technophobic end users were up and running in no time at all. Download the application and set it up in 5 minutes on Windows and Mac. I had no problem getting my coworkers to set up the application on their devices and use it. I've been using it for almost a year and have never experienced a service outage. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about GoodAccess?** The user and password scheme is confusing. Configuring it on Linux can be a bit confusing, but once it's working, you can forget about it. **Recommendations to others considering GoodAccess:** Just make sure to be clear that there is one set of user/password to use in the GoodAccess application and another set that is used for third-party software. **What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure connectivity between devices and servers when working remotely. The bandwidth is not affected for normal work. The benefit of having a static IP allows me to have a secure whitelist to access my servers. It was difficult to find a service that adapted to growing businesses, and this one has covered all my cost needs with all the benefits of a professional service.
