A cloud VPN is a networking solution that interconnects users and business systems regardless of their physical location, making it suitable for secure remote access scenarios. A cloud VPN follows the same technological principles as hardware VPNs, i.e. tunneling, encryption, data integrity, but without the downsides like hardware costs or poor scalability.
Because they reside in a data center, cloud VPNs are more reliable and provide higher connection speeds. They also scale easily and possess multiple additional features that improve security and usability.
