I've tried several different browsers, have cleared my cookies and cache, and used incognito mode, but it still doesn't work. The only way I can make it work is via my (personal) smartphone, which is less than ideal. I've reported this several times but have not received any response on the last few occasions. The affordability of the platform is also much better than competitors. **What do you dislike about GoodAccess?** The interface takes a little getting used to, maybe a help guide pointing out what each bit of the site does would be useful. **What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a subscription issue where we were billed even though we had an email saying our subscription was expiring but this was solved very quickly.
