We use it to manage user access to key backend services on a daily basis. I don't recall ever having an issue where I couldn't aceess the service, it's been a reliable system in our stack for years. Adding a new endpoint to protect is super simple and just requires adding a new firewall rule or IP restriction on the service. The support has also been excelent and very technically knowledgeable. It also doubles as a VPN in a pinch. **What do you dislike about GoodAccess?** The software gets updated frequently (which is good), but there should be a hands off auto update feature so I don't have to reinstall over the existing application. **What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary use for us it it's Zero Trust networking function. The new management for our devices was better because there was only one interface to manage which meant less headaches for our IT guy. Now backed with the real-time data monitoring, we can keep an eye on our devices throughout the day and make sure they are running smoothly and securely. Since we now can have a real-time URL scanner, that means we can block any websites that threats may come from before it even pops up. **What do you dislike about GoodAccess?** it does not work with older versions of macOS, I believe with the new software update coming into place, it is most likely that people are still using the older versions of macOS. There is the option of OpenVPN but it is quite complicated to setup and cannot be done but less IT savvy people.
