1. Available support 24/7 - GoodAccess provide online and email support that answers almost immediately and answer/solve questions promptly

Log out of the session. Sometimes, without reason, it logs out of the started session. Then it brings errors when accessing like "this group does not exist", "this user does not exist". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoodAccess?

The application installation for both Windows and Mac stations has been very easy and provides the users with a simple GUI that simply works so that our employees don't need to think about it. From the IT side, this application functions reliably and simply, doing exactly what it advertises, with no impactful downtime in the 2+ years we've been using it as an organization to provide a secure Endpoint as needed for some remote management on other platforms. What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

I can't honestly come up with any reason to complain about this software, the administration console, nor any of our interactions with the company directly when submitting inquiries and looking to expand our licensing with the app. Very responsive company with a sound, stable product. What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for an alternative VPN that wasn't tied to our internal Cisco VPN solution that would provide us with a fast external endpoint for communications with remote platforms we've restricted based on the access IP. Using GoodAccess has allowed us to provide a secure endpoint with a set IP that does not require tying up additional internal resources to allow Remote Business to happen effectively. "Get Static IP for your international team, with a reliable connection."

What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Definitely useful for a remote team like us, located in different countries. I am based in Argentina, and there is a client from our agency that usually blocks IPs from countries outside the US. I had tried 3 different VPNs and I couldn't access with any of them. Until I tried GoodAccess, and it worked out smoothly.

Also, its stability is what stands out the most - I've been able to maintain a consistent and strong connection, making remote work smooth, unlike other VPNs that I have tried in the past. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

So far, it's all positive and no negatives, which is quite a feat for any VPN service in my book. Some say the price is a bit high. But I think the price is reasonable because it allows your international team to use the same Static IP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
