"Easily manage user access to backend services"

What do you like best about GoodAccess?

It's an easy to use interface and it works well on Desktop and Mobile devices. We use it to manage user access to key backend services on a daily basis.

I don't recall ever having an issue where I couldn't access the service, it's been a reliable system in our stack for years. Adding a new endpoint to protect is super simple and just requires adding a new firewall rule or IP restriction on the service.

The support has also been excellent and very technically knowledgeable. It also doubles as a VPN in a pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

The software gets updated frequently (which is good), but there should be a hands off auto update feature so I don't have to reinstall over the existing application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Startups and small teams"

What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Having GoodAccess provided more mobility for our team which meant more productivity. The new management for our devices was better because there was only one interface to manage which meant less headaches for our IT guy. Now backed with the real-time data monitoring, we can keep an eye on our devices throughout the day and make sure they are running smoothly and securely. Since we now can have a real-time URL scanner, that means we can block any websites that threats may come from before it even pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

it does not work with older versions of macOS, I believe with the new software update coming into place, it is most likely that people are still using the older versions of macOS. There is the option of OpenVPN but it is quite complicated to setup and cannot be done but less IT savvy people. Lastly, f GoodAccess had more affordable pricing for all additional gateways or package them into a few with discount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoodAccess is an efficient device management system interface that allows us to successfully manage and control our many devices among them being the camera to view the customers throughout the storage facilities, printer to print monthly receipts for our customers, all the employees Pcs so that we can see all the transactions in real-time and so on. What do you like best about GoodAccess?

We did a lot of research when choosing our VPN provider and GoodAccess came out top, with a combination of their feature set and their cost effectiveness. What do you like best about GoodAccess?

Good Access VPN offers robust security features, zero trust architecture, MFA, military-grade encryption and system access logs. It uses SSO such as AzureAD and provides a Static IP. Multiple Platform (Windows, macOS, Mobile) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

Not a deal breaker but more server/gateway locations will be helpful. Minimum number of users limitation could be removed and gateway pricing could be reduced. However, GoodAccess is still very competitive and somewhat more economical from the other similar products in the market. Connection speed is great but can be improved.
