GOM Player Plus Reviews & Product Details

This video player has every control and configuration you can think of - and best of all, to watch a video, you have only to click on it! If you want to go "under the hood," you can adjust or change everything from audio sync to picture size to subtitle displays to frame grabs to bookmarks to subtitle sync, and so much more! It truly is the most adaptable and yet easy to use program for video and/or audio playback I have ever seen (and I have 40 years' experience as a Recording Engineer)! I don't know how they can sell it at such an incredibly low price, so run and order it now!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real downside (and not such a big deal) is that many of the keyboard shortcuts are not intuitive. For example, you might expect ALT-S to toggle subtitles, but it's actually ALT-H (Hide?). But it's easy to display the whole shortcut key list (press F1 and there it is), so this is a small quibble at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is extremely user-friendly. The keyboard shortcuts make streaming an easy process. On top of it, it comes with a subtitle editor which takes care of the synchronisation issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Gom Player Plus for over four years now. I never had any serious issues that I can remember. However, once, in one of the updates, there was a glitch that prevented certain file types from playing. It was sorted in no time though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So simple and easy to use. Furthermore, there are no ads that pop up while enjoying the videos. And the permanent licence is a plus and economical when considering annual billings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, you're the best! I recommend you to every friend I have. Thanks, guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This can play most and every type of file that I use. I make music videos for the music I compose; it is an invaluable tool for all my uses. I don't use any other media player! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, there is nothing that I dislike about it. It is easy to use, the GUI is easy to navigate and the addition of audio files, subtitles and customisation is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have happily used GOM Player for many years and jumped at the opportunity to get the Plus version. It is far and away the best software I have found for playing videos, with significantly broader capability than the standard version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found no negatives to date, only positives. Having tried it on one home PC, I happily bought a second license to install it on another PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can play almost any format, and also 4k videos run lag-free. Shortcut keys are super useful. Excellent video player for watching videos offline. In some terms, it is better than VLC, and a south Korean company backing it adds trust toward this player. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can run in almost any format, but not all. Sometimes settings are hard to navigate as those are not placed in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using GOM Player Plus since past 4 years and never once has the app disappointed me. The UI is robust and it's always responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not one thing I would change about this application. It is best in the current class of video players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Easy to learn and use.

- Optimized for 64 Bit, so High Quality with 4 K Supported.

- Image & Audio Capture

- Switching audio channels, aspect ratio, playback size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The Express setup option installs potentially unwanted programs (including web browser plugin), and will change your default search engine and home page. You should be careful while installing the application because the installer can install additional programs if you don't uncheck it.

- Needs a modern looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no media file it cannot open. You can give shapes to the video with practical movements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no feature that I don't like. It would be nice if there was an automatic source of subtitles for movies only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the part where this media application is so easy to use. I like the fast forward option provided by this application. Transporting media from device to this application is also very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing much to highlight about this application which is not good as it does a pretty decent job of playing all media files. I wish if it could inhouse some extra file formats Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
