What stands out most to me is their blend of robust project management and careful execution. They are extremely responsive, transparent about tradeoffs, and truly take responsibility for their work. I appreciate that they avoid overpromising, communicate promptly when adjustments are needed, and consistently keep scope, cost, and timing in sync—crucial for a generative-AI product. If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that their intentional and well-organized process can seem a bit slow at the outset, especially if you’re eager to move quickly. They dedicate time early on to thoroughly align on requirements and consider edge cases. While this disciplined approach ultimately helped avoid rework and unexpected issues down the line, it might feel more methodical than the pace of a team that prefers to experiment first and figure things out as they go.
