I'm using it to do calculations and logic to create an advanced feed for our shipping solution that uses a flat file to configure shipping. Between Godatafeed and our shipping solution I have create broad and granular rules to do things like "if profit is less than $300 and package cubic volume is over 4000 remove free shipping". It's been an invaluable tool to improve the data quality of various feeds for my ecommerce store clients. I'm also using their supplementary feed tools. I import additional data from client ERP's via FTP so we have data beyond what's in Shopify. It's updated daily so the values are fresh. This allows my clients to not spend a fortune on Zapier requests or rely on 3rd party API's for this data. 5 stars for Go Data Feed and their support is great. **What do you dislike about GoDataFeed?** Their chat bot has it's issues like most of them. I've gotten some answers from it but it's a frustrating barrier protecting support staff from entry level users and not useful for advanced users or professionals since there's no humans manning it. Once you get a ticket going you'll have results pretty quickly though I've found. If I were consulting for GDF I'd create a pro level customer group that got expedited help through chat based on login, amount of GDF accounts etc. **What problems is GoDataFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving Feed Quality and adding data from additional sources. It allows greater control over data, adds ability for calculations and advanced logic to create values for flat files for other systems I otherwise wouldn't be able to accomplish automatically. ### 2. They hung in there and made the changes that we all discovered were the way to go. Appreciate the dedicated time spent. **What do you dislike about GoDataFeed?** Did not have time for a phone call early in the experience with me so I could explain the problem better. Probably could have gone faster with a call. However they were able to hop on another call with our facebook rep which did help things, so that was nice. **Recommendations to others considering GoDataFeed:** If you have a woocomm ecommerce website and are running pinterest, google, or facebook feeds, 100% recommend. Custom is the way to go and worth the monthly fee. **What problems is GoDataFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our woocomm feed was only showing variable product IDs. We fixed it so the parent IDs showed in the feed instead, which makes for better facebook retargeting. ### 5. This is easily there best feature as it's true, they do reach all aspects of social media to put your product or service front and Center for the most clients as possible. **What do you dislike about GoDataFeed?** The feed monitoring feature that was promised wasn't working. It took some time to fix but wasn't generally impressed with what we got. Honestly, I don't rely on it to track our performance and our level of engagement in the marketplace. This needs to be updated to be more useful **Recommendations to others considering GoDataFeed:** Please get familiar with the service first and ask for support ahead of time to resolve any issues that may be encountered when starting **What problems is GoDataFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching the most clients and putting our clients EV product front and Center in the largest marketplace; this is supposed to in hindsight, increase sales and revenues ### 7. Imports, exports, mapping, and all of the details of managing feeds can be overwhelming for the small business owner. GDFs admin panel is easy to understand and guides you smoothly through these sometimes terrifying tasks. **What do you dislike about GoDataFeed?** I can be one of the most critical people on the planet, so for me to struggle to find anything negative about GoDataFeed is high praise for their product, personnel, and service. **What problems is GoDataFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recently, when we migrated from Volusion to Big Commerce, we were concerned about how we would get our data set up and mapped correctly using the new platform. Well, Steve, Lorraine, and the GDF team stepped up and did an amazing job helping us through an emotional and stressful migration. When we went live with the new site, everything switched over perfectly and it was about as seamless a transition as anyone could imagine. My hat is off to GoDataFeed for their continued excellence and professionalism in everything they do! I'd give 25 stars if it were possible. ### 9. I've built Google Shopping feeds manually and its not fun. With GoDataFeed they take the manual process out of feed creation and submission getting you advertising on Google Shopping quickly & easily. **What do you dislike about GoDataFeed?** There isn't anything negative I can say about these guys. Like I said, feed creation and integration was quick and easy. I've created Google Shopping feeds manually before and they can be a headache at times ensuring that all your variables are inline with Google requirements. Espcially if you have thousands upon thousands of products you want added to Google Shopping you are just better off using GoDataFeed. **Recommendations to others considering GoDataFeed:** Don't give it another thought. If you are creating Google Shopping feeds manually give it up and get onboard with GoDataFeed. **What problems is GoDataFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** The cost to use them is highly justified with what it will save in time and effort to build your own product feed. Plus they have their own dashboard to assist with feed management. This isn't something you have at your disposal if you are creating your shopping feeds manually. ### 13.
