Go Pro Talent Reviews & Product Details

Go Pro Talent is a recruiting operating system with an AI workforce built in. Your team hires named AI agents that source candidates, write and send outreach, screen by voice, book interviews, and chase business development leads - all inside one platform with your ATS, CRM, client portal, and reporting. Instead of stitching together a sourcing tool, a sequencer, a scheduler, and an ATS, staffing firms run the whole desk in one place. Agents work on a schedule you set, ask for approval where you want a human in the loop, and log every action so you can see exactly what was done and what it produced. What you get: - AI sourcing agents that find candidates, score fit, explain the reasoning, and learn from your thumbs up/down - AI outreach that writes in each recruiter's own voice and follows up automatically - AI voice screening and interview scheduling tied to your real calendar - A full ATS: pipelines, submissions, resumes, notes, folders, and client-ready summaries - Business development: prospect discovery, decision-maker lookup, hiring-signal alerts, and email sequences - A client portal with live pipeline, scorecards, and weekly reporting - Governance: budgets, approvals, audit logs, role-based access, and tenant data isolation Pricing: Solo $199/month. Launch $499/month. Operating System $999/month. Enterprise from $3,500/month (annual). Unlimited users on firm plans. Best for: staffing and recruiting firms, from solo recruiters to multi-desk agencies.
