Our team has received many compliments from across the business for our intranet's accessibility and design, and the platform has become an everyday destination for the majority of the company. Since implementation, we've been able to reduce the number of all employee emails and increase the ease of access to resources. I love that it connects to the Microsoft suite through Sharepoint, this has helped with the transition and connecting all of our frequently used applications. But, the real star of the show is the support team! Since day one they have been amazing partners to work with - no question is too big or too small and they are very quick to help. They have become honourary members of our Corporate Communications team! **What do you dislike about GO Intranet?** Sometimes Sharepoint can experience issues causing problems with features in the intranet, but the GO Intranet support team is always quick to explain what's happening/what I can expect even though it's not their software causing the issue! **What problems is GO Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?** The GO Intranet team is making it easier to enforce governance around our intranet to ensure content is relevant and up to date! ### 2. It's intuitive, and feels like home for employee engagement, news, and information. We love that our SharePoint spaces are connected and that our entire M365 environment just works better. We also love the new functionality that GO offers, notably in our policies and brand spaces. The team is also top notch and so we always have answers to questions (even the little ones) and have quick access to support. Get it - you won't be disappointed. **What do you dislike about GO Intranet?** It's an investment, but in my mind, definitely worth it. **What problems is GO Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Go provides an engaging platform that supports our culture and a place for us to be humans while we do our best work. Policies and brand spaces, along with M365 integration (including better search functionality) is helping our employees find quality information in fewer clicks. Dynamic main page also helps our team with workflows so we also more efficient. ### 3. The customer support for Habanero is exceptional. Our inquiries are always addressed promptly, and the team is incredibly patient and thorough in answering all our questions. Their expertise and helpfulness truly stand out, making every interaction a positive experience. **What do you dislike about GO Intranet?** The product is deeply integrated with SharePoint and the M365 environment, so prior experience with SharePoint is recommended for a smooth onboarding process. **What problems is GO Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the primary problems that Habanero GO solves is the complexity involved in managing and updating our website content, particularly given the scale of our authoring community, which consists of hundreds of contributors. Before implementing Habanero GO, coordinating content updates across such a large team was a daunting task. ### 4. All the features are easy to understand and use effectively. It's great being able to get help so quickly and to influence the product direction. The Habanero team feels very much like an extension of our team. **What do you dislike about GO Intranet?** It doesn't have some of the more advanced system integration or "single pane of glass" capabilities that more robust digital workplace platforms have, but we knew that when we selected GO **What problems is GO Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an overarching navigation experience that SharePoint is lacking. The engagement features on the home page (photos, recognition, events) keep users coming back, in particular our non-wired workforce. User preferences are a great way to provide targeted information to specific personas ### 5. Version updates are quick and easy and we always appreciate the support we get from the team! **What do you dislike about GO Intranet?** It is a cloud-based intranet service so when Microsoft goes down, it does affect us. **What problems is GO Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a central portal for our 20+ regions. Our GO intranet has become that and more. It is our main source of information and our collaboration hub. ### 6.
