One of the best features, I thought GMR transcription provided was the various options they offered with their transcription services. Such as when time stamps were replaced in the transcription, the fact you could order a certificate of authenticity. These factors greatly improved the overall transcription product that I needed. If I had to come up with something which would be hard to do, it might be their prices could be a little less pricey. But then again, I can say that about anything. Recommendations to others considering GMR Transcription: if you’re considering a different transcription service, other than GMR, I would highly encourage you to look at the prices offered along with the services offered and compare them and GMR no doubt will be the preferred option. For the high standard and professional transcription services you get with GMR they will be very hard to beat for the price they ask. While others might seem like a better cost, their services are far below GMR‘s expertise. And if the transcription doesn’t sell you, then their customer service certainly will because they are very helpful and willing to listen and adapt to your specific needs. GMR transcription was able to expertly transcribe the call as well as authenticate their work. They provided a professional and complete transcript along with court approved authentications.
