The inbuilt csv data export sometimes doesn't work as it has an entry limitation. Also, for a user's easy access, the platform has created various segments such as banking, consumers, etc where one can go and search for the respective content specific to that area. It has availability for various companies and geographies which shows its diversity of content. **What do you dislike about GlobalData?** The survery dashboards on the platform lag a bit at times, this is my only concern while using the platform. The portal is not easy to navigate and is confusing if you are dealing with large number of industries and geographies. **What problems is GlobalData solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me with extensive data at a global scale which might not be available through Google searches. It also provides the source of the data is provided which can be used to triangulate the accuracy of the information. The industry research reports are present for each industry and company and all the reports can be compared with each other as they are in the same format. **What do you dislike about GlobalData?** The unreliability of the information presented. In many cases, the data presented does not triangulate with other known data sources. Hence, data is a little doubtful. Also, the methodology used for calculation of certain metrics is not explained clearly which makes it further unreliable. **Recommendations to others considering GlobalData:** In terms of the coverage of data, Global data is on top. Not even S&P or Fitch has as exhaustive coverage as Global data. So, if someone if looking to do a macro-level analysis that is not affected by minor inaccuracies in individual data points, Global data is highly recommended. However, Global Data is not recommended for company-level or micro analysis. Also, Global data is among the top 5 databases if someone is looking for research reports/ industry reports. **What problems is GlobalData solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analysis of Industry analysis and forecasts can be done using Global Data.
