We have implemented the EIPP solution in our existing application, iManage, along with the cash application automation solution, AlgoriQ. Both have significantly improved our accounts receivable management. I must say our collections team is actually happy now. They have a dashboard to monitor everything – payment transfers, reversals, deductions, and even the 26AS reconciliation. They're no longer chasing invoices; instead, they instantly take corrective actions based on the customer insights of the dashboard. We also get customized reports emailed to us, which are really helpful. Open payments MIS, TDS reports, and NEFT posting reports; it's all there. **What do you dislike about Global PayEX?** There’s hardly anything to dislike. Every system has its nuances, but Global PayEX has always been proactive in addressing any minor challenges that arise **What problems is Global PayEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** With 730,000+ customers onboarded and transactions worth INR 375+ crore processed automatically, Global PayEX has played a crucial role in streamlining the payment workflows at Tata Teleservices Limited. Earlier, multiple teams were handling the cash application process, but now it is done only by the system. Earlier it took us around 2 weeks to process invoices after verification, which is now happening in real time. With smooth integration into Kenan and scheduled payment postings in SAP, we have drastically reduced payment processing times and errors. The custom reports provide better visibility into our payment ecosystem. We're saving tons of time, money, and stress. It's made a big difference to how we operate ### 2. Previously, the reconciliation process spanned between 3-5 days involving 4 resources , but with AlgoriQ's implementation, with its AI-driven invoice matching algorithms have slashed the reconciliation time to less than an hour. We are highly satisfied with its functionality, seamless integration with our ERP SAP ECC 6.0, and its user-friendly interface. One standout feature that we greatly appreciate is AlgoriQ's ability to automatically read and interpret payment advice in various formats. In the past, our team manually deciphered payment advice, but now, automation handles the entire process. FreePay has helped us receive the Adam Smith Award 2022 for our best-in-class digitization regarding NACH. The submissions standard was of the highest level, with a fantastic 416 nominations. Earlier our CFAs were responsible for collecting and maintaining cheque details. These cheques in transit would often pose a problem around credit limit release. But FreePay has efficiently replicated cheque payment mechanisms through ACH mandates processed through GSK’s banks. We have been able to significantly reduce the time taken for dispute resolution. FreePay has also helped us elevate our customer experience and set up a platform to onboard other non-direct debit customers. **What do you dislike about Global PayEX?** Nothing that I can think of as of now. FreePay’s support is so easily accessible and everyone in the team is always ready to assist. We are all impressed with the digitization FreePay has empowered us with. **What problems is Global PayEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier there was a lack of proper visibility about the invoices/ Credit notes for our dealers. Through FreePay, they can now view their outstanding invoices and can avail cash discounts/deferment on a single platform and can apply them easily while making the payment. Moreover, FreePay's dunning feature has really proven instrumental in ensuring a smoother cash flow within our dealer network. It has provided us with an automated SMS reminder feature which sends out notifications to our dealers about upcoming invoice’s due dates and amounts, 2 days in advance. This helps our dealers stay informed and keep their bank accounts adequately funded. ### 7.
