After comparison with other platforms it stood out as the one matching our need the most. It is also very affordable for larger organizations. The administration panel is outstanding and gives the innovation manager a LOT of flexibility in setting up and changing options without having to open support tickets for any minor change. We could customize the platform and add our own design to it. the ADFS login provided us an extra layer of security. We have used it for both internal competitions and crowdsourcing and it worked exactly as expected. The new reports section makes reporting a lot easier and flexible with the dates and we can track evaluator performance in a much accurate way. **What do you dislike about Glint Innovation?** Glint Innovation team is always seeking feedback on their features and how the platform can improve and meet our needs in the future and we have witnessed examples of ideas we discussed that turned into features in the last release. It would be great if more functions are offered through mobile. I would love to see a community of users to share experiences and knowledge. **Recommendations to others considering Glint Innovation:** The best solution out there to generate and implement ideas within your organization. **What problems is Glint Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have conducted several hackathons using Glint Innovation platform each with a different strategic focus and managed to receive an overwhelming response both from our employees and partners. we also have the ongoing idea module that collects ideas from all targeted contributors. ### 6. Easy tracking of ideas till they become projects and users are more confident, their ideas are fairly evaluated. **What do you dislike about Glint Innovation?** Learning curve for our admins was long but this is due to the high level of customization available, and the many possibilities offered which is a good thing. nothing else to report ! **Recommendations to others considering Glint Innovation:** Very good system **What problems is Glint Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Glint innovation is a the super replacement to the suggestion box software made it easy for our team to see ideas from other team members and interact with them. There is a great deal of customization available when not working in mobile mode. The price was very affordable as well, this is always something to consider and sometimes is a breaking point. With it's robust feature list it was nice to see that it wasn't overpriced. **What do you dislike about Glint Innovation?** Lack of options in the mobile app was a huge thing. Not sure if this was a huge negative or a neutral but the learning curve was longer than expected but that could very well be attributed to a huge positive which is the large amount of customization. **What problems is Glint Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Project development as well as working with individuals to allow them to build up their own personal concepts before releasing them into the organization at large. It has given myself as well as others that I have collaborated with a great deal more confidence this way ### 9.
