"Gliffy turns complex data into easy-to-understand diagrams."
What do you like best about Gliffy?

It’s super intuitive for creating diagrams — easy to add interactive buttons [show/hide layers] without cluttering the view. In Gliffy we can convert MermaidCode into diagrams automatically, while smart guides + the adjustable grid keep layouts consistent without tedious tweaks needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

When importing from less-standardized tools — line thickness, label positions or fonts, sometimes shift adding extra tweaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick diagram creation within Confluence"
What do you like best about Gliffy?

Gliffy allows me to readily communicate ideas and concepts to various stakeholders and offers numerous types of diagram options.

The tool also makes it easy to locate the shapes/icons needed to effectively get an idea/concept across without having to go overboard with text.

Also have found the Gliffy Office Hours meetings to be an effective way to learn about new features and how others are utilizing the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

It can be difficult at times to select specific elements of a diagram when you have elements overlapped; this draw back can be especially frustrating when creating rough UX mockups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Samie Kaufman of Gliffy

This is something I'll continue to discuss with our team, and something I can tell you we're currently exploring for ways to improve your experience. :)

The templates are numerous and we could get almost any typr of diagram we needed. Gliffy has a great collection of diagramming shapes and charts and this allows us to always rely on it whenever we need to build any type of diagram for our ideas, plans and projects despite their complexity. What do you like best about Gliffy?

Having better workflow plans is always the key to better work implementation but it does not always come that easy. Thankfully, Gliffy introduced us to workflow visualization by using diagrams and flowcharts and our work has never been this easy. It was so easy to learn how to use Gliffy since it provided us with alot of templates to guide us how to build diagrams that matches our specific needs. Gliffy itself is a very easy to use platform and even though it has robust features and tools, everything is well organized making it so easy to access and use. Gliffy helps us to break down our projects into smaller task steps. By visualizing these steps, it gets easy for us to get our work done step by step and to follow up on these steps to ensure we get our all our work activities done. Gliffy is so secure and allows us to keep all our diagrams secure. It allows us to translate any idea into an easy to achieve plan by creating a visualization diagram that clearly demonstrate the idea and how it can be implemented. "Affordable, Versatile, Easy to Use, Web-based Diagramming Tool"
What do you like best about Gliffy?

Gliffy is easy to learn and easy to use. It comes with a significant number of templates, diagramming elements, and examples to build off. Gliffy offers convenient collaboration tools, some simple automations, and is very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

There's not much to dislike. My one complaint is that it is difficult to rearrange elements on a complex diagram if that diagram needs to be changed in key places. This is the same complaint I have about Visio and other similar tools, but with a little planning and elbow grease it's not much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gliffy - a great online tool"
What do you like best about Gliffy?

If you're in search of an online diagramming tool that seamlessly marries functionality with user-friendliness, look no further than Gliffy. This remarkable program has earned its reputation as a go-to solution for creating diagrams of all kinds, and for good reason. Gliffy excels in every aspect, from its intuitive interface to its extensive library of shapes and templates, making it a wonderful choice for professionals and creatives alike.

One of the standout features of Gliffy is its ease of use. Whether you're a seasoned diagram creator or a beginner taking your first steps in the world of visual communication, Gliffy's clean and straightforward interface welcomes you with open arms. The drag-and-drop functionality is so intuitive that creating intricate diagrams becomes a breeze. It doesn't take long to realize that this tool is designed with user convenience in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

One drawback of Gliffy is that its free version has limited features and capabilities, which might be restrictive for users who require advanced functionality or need to create a wide variety of complex diagrams. Upgrading to the paid version is necessary to unlock the full potential of the tool, which can be a downside for budget-conscious individuals or small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Samie Kaufman of Gliffy
