What do you like best about GleanQuote?

We are so happy with the GleanQuote system. Getting lift quotations previously was time-consuming, messy, and inaccurate until we found the solution, which works with our current CRM.

The GleanQuote allows us to take quotes to the next level by adding photos, customised pricing, and direct email delivery and may be sent straight to the client's inbox for e-signing and reposting back to us!

What do you like best about GleanQuote?

This past month I’ve vetted various quotes programs and GleanQuote has, by far, been the best proposal program I’ve used to date. I’ve never encountered a program more user-intuitive. One day into my trial run and I was pretty familiar with all the features you can use. The team I work with has multiple types of customers with different pricing, so we were looking for a program that’s extremely flexible while still being able to store product data (such as spec sheets, product detail, and images) that doesn’t change as frequently. There are various ways to set up your items and customized fields to input specific information. I love that you can set up layout and product templates for different types of quotes, but edit the layout per proposal with the drag-and-drop feature. Pricing is pretty fair in my opinion, and for its features, it’s a steal.

What do you dislike about GleanQuote?

I would want the software to have a feature to turn off pricing on the quote if needed. This is an update they are already working on, so it's not really a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GleanQuote:

If you’re looking for a CRM or complex sales program, this may not be for you (however there are compatible 3rd party CRM programs and purchase softwares you can integrate with it). But if you’re looking for something to make your quotes/proposal clean, clear, and user-intuitive, then you’ve hit the goldmine.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dennis, who is very communicative and flexible with working with me and my colleagues. He’s not extremely pushy or pressuring, and does his best to find the perfect solution for you. His demos are concise but very detailed, and I appreciate that he does not waste my time. Our quotes used to be a block of text, which required our designers to do their own research on the product, or I would have to send multiple PDFs on an email. I since moved to using Excel, but each time I made a new quote, I'd have to input information again, and sometimes it'd take hours to finish. GleanQuote has made it extremely easy to revise per quote while still being able to store product data (such as spec sheets, product detail, and images) that doesn’t change as frequently. What do you like best about GleanQuote?

Having spent years developing some pretty involved spreadsheets to manage all of the pricing options and variables we needed in order to generate quotes for new business, I am very happy to finally let go of the spreadsheet! What do you dislike about GleanQuote?

We looked at a few other Proposal builders that were very quick to build a simple quote, but not powerful enough for our pricing structure.

GleanQuote takes a little time to set up the building blocks and figure out how you want to configure the product and pricing management.

This is not really a weakness of GleanQuote. There is just so much flexibility in there, we had to plan out how we would be using it. I would like to give a shout out to Dennis and the GleanQuote team for really taking the time to show us how the system works and how best to configure it for our business. What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team can put together an accurate quote, embed it in a proposal template and send it to the customer for e-sign now in less than 20 minutes!!

We are still exploring the other features of the software (Calendar/CRM/Document Builder), but the instant value is getting quotes to our customers quickly.
