We have some very complex quoting requirements that Hubspot's own CRM couldn't resolve. Gleanquote is an incredibly sophisticated and customisable quoting tool - to say our requirements are fairly sophisticated, we don't even make use of half its capability but it delivers exactly what we need. The integration within Hubspot itself is seamless. GleanQuote is super customisable and has an enormous level of functionality. I must also mention the incredible onboarding service from Bill and Alan who could not have been more helpful, taking the time to understand our specific requirements and coming up with solutions for them. The quote aesthetic itself would benefit from a little improvement - there are features and elements you can customise, but it would be great to be able to do more here to visually enhance. It has been a long process to adapt GleanQuote to our use, but we are very well supported by the team. GleanQuote is a truly powerful tool; you need to be comfortable with digital transformation to grasp and configure it in an advanced manner, but I am convinced that it will meet the CPQ you need! What I can criticize about GleanQuote is that it is complicated to understand for someone who is not in IT. The interface is sometimes a bit slow to respond, and occasionally, minor but annoying bugs can occur in the WYSIWYG builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GleanQuote falls short behind on some components that make the tool unsuitable for complex projects. I won't be able to add menu costing structures to differentiate tiers or allot discounts. The solution is extremely comprehensive and rich in the features required for our needs straight 'out of the box'. We have some complex requirements in terms of our product configuration rules, pricing and the permissions we wanted to apply at a proposal template and user level. Additionally, the GleanQuote team were supportive throughout the implementation project, were approachable and could understand and empathise with our requirements. The team also listened to our feedback and change requests and provided us with great solutions to a number of requirements that were specific to our businesses requirements. The user interface is so intuitive that I was able to perform nearly all essential functions the first night of my trial without referencing instructions or help menus!

I have an enormous database of products with complex configurations. It was easy to import the primary product info, so I could be productive immediately. As I work in the system, I am learning new ways to use the product functionality that will be an enormous time saver. It's integrated with my HubSpot account, which adds even more value. I can quote from HubSpot, and the info feeds to and from GQ.

Another feature is the "customization" option that can be used for widgets: products, suppliers, customers, and more.

Most importantly, the proposal formatting is much more straightforward than other software I tested. I've yet to scratch the surface with all proposal capabilities, but from "go," the quotes are professional and can be integrated with attachments, images or videos.

I've just finished my trial, so there is surely more I could rave about; I just haven't discovered what it is yet.
