It is simple to use and has a strong API for integrating to other systems. The proposal templates provide professional looking proposals for clients. Implementing was straight forward and support was very helpful pre and post implementation. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** There are a few email templates that can not be edited or turned off but the primary emails to customers are fully configurable. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have very configurable products with a lot of options. GleanQuote allows the sales team to quickly produce professional proposals that are easy for the customer to read and understand. ### 4. Gleanquote is an incredibly sophisticated and customisable quoting tool - to say our requirements are fairly sophisticated, we don't even make use of half its capability but it delivers exactly what we need. The integration within Hubspot itself is seamless. GleanQuote is super customisable and has an enormous level of functionality. I must also mention the incredible onboarding service from Bill and Alan who could not have been more helpful, taking the time to understand our specific requirements and coming up with solutions for them. Even now when we need to troubleshoot an issue they are always more than happy to jump on a call and help us resolve. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** The quote aesthetic itself would benefit from a little improvement - there are features and elements you can customise, but it would be great to be able to do more here to visually enhance. UX in general takes a little time to get your head around but once you are there it's fairly straightforward. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are quoting for workspace across multiple buildings - all with different price points and multiple line items are needed within each quote. There are several variations and exceptions to pricing depending on the item being quoted for. We are now able to produce sophisticated quote proposals for prospective clients in a more streamlined and straightforward way, that integrates directly with our CMS (Hubspot). ### 5. GleanQuote is a truly powerful tool; you need to be comfortable with digital transformation to grasp and configure it in an advanced manner, but I am convinced that it will meet the CPQ you need! The team is really responsive and attentive. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** What I can criticize about GleanQuote is that it is complicated to understand for someone who is not in IT. The interface is sometimes a bit slow to respond, and occasionally, minor but annoying bugs can occur in the WYSIWYG builder. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** GleanQuote enables us to create truly complex and customized quotes for each client. Be careful with your settings! The pre-built templates, which I find to be extremely time-saving, are ideal for me, and the ability to personalize them according to my company's branding gives me goosebumps. My customeres are always praising me for the orderly dates present in the quotes I send. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** GleanQuote falls short behind on some components that make the tool unsuitable for complex projects. I won't be able to add menu costing structures to differentiate tiers or allot discounts. This would be time-consuming during price quoting for multifold products or variable costing models. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** For straightforward quotes, if you are looking for a simple way to do it, the GleanQuote is completely made for you. It automates the process of creating a quote for clients which itself is a great assistance in uplifting my business's business image. We have some complex requirements in terms of our product configuration rules, pricing and the permissions we wanted to apply at a proposal template and user level. Additionally, the GleanQuote team were supportive throughout the implementation project, were approachable and could understand and empathise with our requirements. The team also listened to our feedback and change requests and provided us with great solutions to a number of requirements that were specific to our businesses requirements. The knowledge base and support material was a useful asset during our implementation project. The content was easy to navigate and understand. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** Nothing! Our experience has been great with gleanquote. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using GleanQuote to prepare customer quotations for workplace furniture solutions. Since launching GleanQuote, our users have reported that they are preparing proposals much quicker and much more efficiently. GleanQuote has provided our users with a central product database, providing all the available options and configurations for each product which allows our sales team to quickly search, select, configure and price products effectively. ### 9. After much research and disappointment, we were referred to GleanQuote and it checked all our must-have boxes. It is a true CPQ solution. ### 10. I have an enormous database of products with complex configurations. It was easy to import the primary product info, so I could be productive immediately. As I work in the system, I am learning new ways to use the product functionality that will be an enormous time saver. It's integrated with my HubSpot account, which adds even more value. I can quote from HubSpot, and the info feeds to and from GQ. Another feature is the "customization" option that can be used for widgets: products, suppliers, customers, and more. Most importantly, the proposal formatting is much more straightforward than other software I tested. I've yet to scratch the surface with all proposal capabilities, but from "go," the quotes are professional and can be integrated with attachments, images or videos. I've just finished my trial, so there is surely more I could rave about; I just haven't discovered what it is yet. The support team has been fantastic. Emails are responded to almost immediately, and calls are quickly scheduled when needed. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** It would help if the GQ window in HubSpot could be expanded to full screen. Otherwise, I wish I could fully understand how to use ALL its features to my advantage yesterday. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** GleanQuote makes is easy for me to filter my enormous product list to quickly find the best solution for each opportunity. Pricing can be customized to the account, and then generating an impressive, professional proposal can be done without the struggle of manipulating spreadsheets. ### 11. Getting lift quotations previously was time-consuming, messy, and inaccurate until we found the solution, which works with our current CRM. I’ve never encountered a program more user-intuitive. One day into my trial run and I was pretty familiar with all the features you can use. The team I work with has multiple types of customers with different pricing, so we were looking for a program that’s extremely flexible while still being able to store product data (such as spec sheets, product detail, and images) that doesn’t change as frequently. There are various ways to set up your items and customized fields to input specific information. I love that you can set up layout and product templates for different types of quotes, but edit the layout per proposal with the drag-and-drop feature. Pricing is pretty fair in my opinion, and for its features, it’s a steal. All in all, I highly recommend GleanQuote. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** I would want the software to have a feature to turn off pricing on the quote if needed. This is an update they are already working on, so it's not really a dislike. **Recommendations to others considering GleanQuote:** If you’re looking for a CRM or complex sales program, this may not be for you (however there are compatible 3rd party CRM programs and purchase softwares you can integrate with it). But if you’re looking for something to make your quotes/proposal clean, clear, and user-intuitive, then you’ve hit the goldmine. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dennis, who is very communicative and flexible with working with me and my colleagues. He’s not extremely pushy or pressuring, and does his best to find the perfect solution for you. His demos are concise but very detailed, and I appreciate that he does not waste my time. Make sure you ask for him! **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our quotes used to be a block of text, which required our designers to do their own research on the product, or I would have to send multiple PDFs on an email. I since moved to using Excel, but each time I made a new quote, I'd have to input information again, and sometimes it'd take hours to finish. GleanQuote has made it extremely easy to revise per quote while still being able to store product data (such as spec sheets, product detail, and images) that doesn’t change as frequently. ### 15. We are managing all of our pricing for products and services in GleanQuote. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** We looked at a few other Proposal builders that were very quick to build a simple quote, but not powerful enough for our pricing structure. GleanQuote takes a little time to set up the building blocks and figure out how you want to configure the product and pricing management. This is not really a weakness of GleanQuote. There is just so much flexibility in there, we had to plan out how we would be using it. I would like to give a shout out to Dennis and the GleanQuote team for really taking the time to show us how the system works and how best to configure it for our business. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team can put together an accurate quote, embed it in a proposal template and send it to the customer for e-sign now in less than 20 minutes!! We are still exploring the other features of the software (Calendar/CRM/Document Builder), but the instant value is getting quotes to our customers quickly.
