The ease of use for the site was great. Very intuitive and able to send a single gift card. I send a handful of gift cards in a year and the site allowed for this without signing up for a contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would have been nice to know the site does need you to "add funds" prior to sending a gift card. So you can not pay and process the card at the same time it has to be done prior to sending, but can still be on a card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pre-load funds - we used a credit card, so it was fast but had a small fee. In order to avoid the fee with an ACH, it takes a few days. Not a dealbreaker but could be easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were parts of the UI where my inputs didn't seem to save, but later on I realized I was missing the "save" button. The save button is located in the top right, when the continue bottom is located bottom right. Made it tricky to realize my error because the buttons are in different places. What do you like best about Giftronaut?

Giftronaut allows me to send gift cards to staff members from my office. It saves us time and effort as no one is required to go to the store and purchase gift cards. It also allows associate to pick exactly the gift card or cards they want. Since the gift card is digital, they can be added to a digital wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
