I use Tofu primarily for invoicing customers. It's very easy to use and offers a quick way to invoice. I really like the individual line invoicing feature because most customers want an itemized invoice, so this is a great feature. Tofu also saves customer info for repeat invoices, which I find extremely useful. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I think Tofu is great, hence why I use it. My clients also find it easy to use and easy to read. It's super easy for me to set up my invoicing, and I like that it's customizable to my business. I can easily send out invoices to my clients with my logo on them, which I like a lot. It gets me paid faster because it looks professional. I'm really pleased with Tofu overall. It's easy to get estimates out and invoices sent. I like the format and the tracking ability because they make it easy to view and track when and how much I've made in a calendar year. I also like that I can download files of profit and statements into different categories, such as materials and labor. Overall, it's easy to use and the initial setup was smooth.
