**What do you like best about Get Answer?**

It’s super convenient to have all customer messages from different platforms come into one place. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easy for the team to respond quickly. The interface is also pretty clean and easy to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Get Answer?**

Sometimes it feels a bit slow when there are too many messages, and switching between chats or sections can lag a bit. Also, I wish it had better reporting features or could connect

**What problems is Get Answer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage customer messages from different platforms (like WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, etc.) in one place. Earlier, it was hard to track conversations, respond on time, and collaborate as a team. Now, everything is streamlined — we can assign chats, see conversation history, and give faster responses. It’s saved us a lot of time and reduced customer wait times.

**What do you like best about Get Answer?**

Truly Amazing AI support for information and integration I implemented it with my application  and that was very simple.
I do not need to write code because it is the  world's best user friendly platform that is very easy there are numerous features which that are very impressive.
1. create your own chatbot without coding skill
2. Chatbots  can easily integrate with the application
3. Multiple language support available
4. Customer support is excellent

The Starting monthly price is high compared to the other AI platform
 Too many option or solutions provided by AI that are confusing it must be provided solutions which is best fit with my problem

A User-friendly interface allows me to type questions and receive a well-analyzed and researched answer instantly.
Lots fo numerous features that enhance my ability such Integration or implementation with my app.

I got all the answers that I asked and didn't find any dislike yet most of the time my user experience was satisfying

Some of my Data science research are time consuming if provides me information  instantly  in proper document from reliable sources that  save my lots of time

The thing we found most preferable about Get Answer is that is rather simple to use. The interface is quite easy to navigate and implement which has made acceptance by our employees possible. In the same manner, I list below the numerous features that enhance the organization’s internal functions

Finally, regarding the things we don’t like, we can hardly make some significant objections. We know that sometimes there is a small problem in the technology; however, the Get Answer team has always been responsive to solve any issue arising in the shortest time possible.

**What problems is Get Answer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this regard, I can state that Get Answer has become helpful for us in addressing a number of problems that were faced in the course of carrying out the business operations in the company. The tracking numbers that come with the tickets has helped to make a good follow-up on the customers’request/queries, which has enhanced our customer service. Thirdly, real reporting helps provide more accurate information about our team’s work; it is much easier to identify necessary changes.

**What do you like best about Get Answer?**

I like an accurate answer from the Get Answer AI chat. It solves my cloud-related questions and gives the best steps to follow to complete my day-to-day tasks at work. It is easy to use and I can implement it with my application very easily I use it frequently and there are multiple features provided by AI models like ChatGPT, Gemin, and Llama modules. the Get Answer customer support is also good. It is integrated with my applications.

I don't think there is any dislike in Get Answer it is work as I want.

**What problems is Get Answer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving ChatBots issue with the AI models like Gemin, ChatGPT and Llama etc. It is solving to get in touch with customer and give solution base on AI algorithm I set.
