
It’s super convenient to have all customer messages from different platforms come into one place. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easy for the team to respond quickly. The interface is also pretty clean and easy to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it feels a bit slow when there are too many messages, and switching between chats or sections can lag a bit. Also, I wish it had better reporting features or could connect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
