Enjoy that the program is designed to be used in conjunction with CAD programs that all engineers already know how to use. I have been in the engineering field for 27+ years and can honestly say that CivilGeo customer service is second to none. If you have any issues using the program, you can call them anytime (including weekends) and they will assist you. They will connect you to one of their engineers who will aide you in resolving your questions or concerns. They also send you links and training videos to further aide you to complete your task.
