Having all the supporting information and/or servers in one package is a tremendous help. The team is great for support, and it doesn't matter the day or time of the call, they respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On a couple of occasions, the links to other databases has to be refreshed. Simple fix and then back to work. That is the only dislike I've had so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
