**What do you like best about GEOforge?**

The thing that stands out most is how GEOforge connects our proprietary knowledge directly to content creation. BaseForge lets us drag and drop a our internal documents, interview transcripts and research files into a knowledge base and from that point every piece of content the platform generates is grounded in actual expertise, not generic information you can find anywhere online. That matters enormously, as we are trying to make our brand visible in AI search results, because LLMs reward specificity and original insight.

The Strategist agent is genuinely impressive. Rather than just suggesting random topics, it looks at our strategic goals, our current Share of Voice against our competitors and what knowledge it actually has available before making a recommendation. Each suggestion comes with a written rationale explaining why it makes sense right now, which makes it easy to create content briefs and build trust in the process.

The content pipeline is also well thought out. You move from topic recommendation to AI-generated draft to human review to CMS publishing in a single workflow, with quality checks built in at every stage. The Q&A grader scores each draft for accuracy, information gain and privacy before you can approve it, which keeps standards high without adding a lot of manual effort. Direct integrations with Webflow, WordPress (and I believe other platforms) mean publishing only takes a few clicks rather than copy-pasting all the work.

Having all of this inside one platform (the knowledge base, the content strategy, the writing, the quality audit and the publishing), saves a significant amount of time each week.

**What do you dislike about GEOforge?**

The platform was launched only 2-3 months ago and I know the Hop AI team are working hard to add new features and functions, so it is still maturing, in that sense.

The Q&A grader, which scores content for accuracy before you can approve it, can be a little strict. For example, occasionally it will flag a quote because it isn't written exactly as how our specialist said it in person. This means we sometimes need to manually tweak the content, but this doesn't take long.

Early on, the distinction between "Save changes" and "Submit for review" wasn't obvious, but Hop AI are always very quick to answer questions and implement any fixes/updates required.

It's also worth noting that the platform requires meaningful upfront work to set up properly. You need to build out the knowledge base, define competitors and write strategic goals before the content recommendations become genuinely useful. That's not a flaw exactly, but it's something to be prepared for. That said, doing this is very much worth the effort, as it really improves the quality of the output.

None of these are deal-breakers, and the team has been responsive in fixing issues as they've come up. But they are worth knowing about before you start.

**What problems is GEOforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem GEOforge solves for us is that as more people use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini) to answer questions, the brands that show up in those answers get all the attention, and the ones that don't, are left behind. Traditional SEO content doesn't reliably solve for this. And because LLMs favour content that is specific, authoritative and grounded in genuine expertise, generic blog posts, written from publicly available information, tend to be ignored.

Before GEOforge, producing that kind of content at scale meant a lot of manual effort: gathering knowledge separately, briefing writers separately, running quality checks separately and then publishing through a separate tool. All of which is an expensive and slow process.

GEOforge combines all of that into a single workflow, allowing us to bring our proprietary knowledge into the platform. Then, the Strategist agent works out what topics to focus on, based on competitor gaps and strategic goals; the writer agent produces a draft grounded in that knowledge, which you then review and publish all in one place. With this, we went from no GEO presence to 10 live cluster articles in a matter of days, which would have taken considerably longer using the traditional process.

The Share of Voice tracking is also very useful. Rather than guessing whether our content is working, we can see how often our brand is cited in AI responses versus specific competitors, and use that to guide what we produce next.

Most teams trying to win in AI search are publishing more content. GEOforge is the first platform I have seen that asks a different question: is the content you are publishing something an LLM has never seen before?

That distinction matters more than most marketers realise.

Generic AI-generated content is training data to an LLM. It adds no new signal. It does not get cited because it contains nothing the model does not already know.

GEOforge solves this with BaseForge — a proprietary knowledge base that ingests the content your brand actually holds: sales call transcripts, customer success conversations, support interactions, internal expertise that has never been indexed or crawled. **What do you like best about GEOforge?**

Honestly the biggest thing for us is that it gives us a number for something we used to just argue about in meetings — whether our content is actually showing up when people ask ChatGPT or Gemini about our space. Before GEOforge we'd publish stuff and just kind of hope. Now we can see the visibility move (or not move) after a piece goes live, which has changed how we pick topics.

The flow from uploading our existing docs to generating new content actually grounded in them is the part I didn't expect to like as much as I do. Most AI writing tools spit out generic stuff. This one pulls from what we've already written and sounds like us, which saved our editor a ton of rewriting time.

Other things I've ended up relying on:

  - The topic map view. Sounds small but seeing where we have gaps vs. where we're over-covered changed our editorial calendar pretty fast.
  - It tracks crawls on its own. I don't have to remember to go check anything, the measurements just show up.
  - Onboarding was painless. We were publishing real pieces in about a week, no long sales-engineer handholding required.

Support's been good too - actual humans, reasonable response times, didn't have to fight a chatbot to get help.

**What do you dislike about GEOforge?**

The measurement side takes patience. You publish something and you're not getting a visibility number back in an hour - the cooling-off windows and crawl checks mean you're waiting a day or two before the data settles, which is the right call technically but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't refreshing the dashboard too early sometimes.

The content generator is solid but it leans on what you've fed into BaseForge, so if your source material is thin in an area, the output in that area is also thin. That's fair, but it does mean there's an upfront investment in getting your knowledge base in good shape before ContentForge really shines. Worth it, but it's not a "sign up and go" tool on day one.

**What problems is GEOforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it's solving for us is that we had no idea whether our content was working in the places that increasingly matter - ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews. Google rankings used to be our scoreboard. That scoreboard is half-broken now because a chunk of our audience never clicks through to a search results page anymore, they just read what the AI tells them. GEOforge gave us a way to actually see whether we're being cited and recommended in those answers, and how that changes when we publish something new.

The benefit has been pretty concrete:

We stopped writing content based on gut feel. We pick topics now based on where the visibility map shows we're weak, and we can tell within a week or two whether a piece moved the needle. That alone has cut a lot of "why are we writing this?" debate out of our planning meetings.

Our existing knowledge - internal docs, old blog posts, product pages - used to just sit there. Feeding it into BaseForge turned it into something useful again, both as a grounding source for new content and as a way to spot where our own messaging contradicts itself across pages.

We're shipping more, and the stuff we ship is more on-brand than what we were getting out of generic AI tools. Our editor went from rewriting almost everything to lightly polishing, which freed her up to actually do strategy work.

And honestly, it's given us a story to tell internally. "AI visibility" was a vague worry before - now we have a chart we can put in front of leadership that shows whether we're winning or losing in that space. That's been worth a lot in terms of getting buy-in for the content team.

The best thing about this platform is that it has a database, content generation, performance tracking, and citation building all integrated.  GEOforge also has an option to connect to tools via connectors. e.g. Claude, which is invaluable.

For content creation, you really need to understand the platform and how the different agents work, so you can fine-tune the prompts. It takes time for first-time users to get adapted

It's an all-in-one integrated workflow - which has to be winning play for usability. No set of complicated workflows like in AirOps.  Additionally, it's GEO-only, not GEO bolted onto the side of SEO. They're different disciplines.

**What do you dislike about GEOforge?**

Their approach to generating a canonical Knowledge Base about your brand unique and tying content downstream to that is completely unique in itself. I wish there was a Gong integration and it was easier to automatically feed in Gemini notes from Voice of Customer calls.

Content Cadence @ Scale. If you think that over 70% of ChatGPT and Claude's most-cited pages were updated in the last 30 days. Most B2B SaaS teams can't publish at that cadence at quality.

**What do you like best about GEOforge?**

I particularly like that GEOforge has a strong database for our clients, which the tool leverages to create unique content without us having to manually integrate it. It also works directly with Webflow, making the process smoother and more efficient for our needs. We were hooked after a 14-day trial, and the initial setup was easy with the help of Paris, the founder, who personally guided us through what we needed to know.

What I like most is that GEOForge is an all-around application that provides all the tools you need to boost your GEO as a brand.

Early stages of the application so no wonder some bugs might appear. Most of the things, that were bothering me were already fixed, once I pointed them out.
