The company is also constantly updating the product with new features, and it’s great that they keep it current with the latest AI models. The value is more than what we are paying as it integrates legal specific attributes and good UI features into the product. **What do you dislike about GC.AI?** Even with the updates, they’re still refining features like the in-browser Word document tool, which is very powerful. However, it sometimes doesn’t carry the redlines over from the chat accurately. **What problems is GC.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** GC AI helps immensely with contract review and supports our overall legal research very well. We also appreciate that it is security-focused. With it, we’re able to review more contracts in less time and do so more effectively. ### 2. The research capability is what I probably rely on most, since it brings in real sources and citations instead of forcing me to hunt everything down separately. It’s not replacing my judgment, but it does handle the heavy lifting so I can spend more time on the strategic calls that truly need a lawyer’s brain. **What do you dislike about GC.AI?** There are times when it takes a couple of tries to get the output I’m looking for, especially with more complex or nuanced drafting where I have a specific tone or structure in mind, but often that is because I rush through prompting - - not anything that GC-AI has done wrong. They really are amazing. **What problems is GC.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** GC AI is solving the time problem that every in-house lawyer deals with, which is having too much on your plate and not enough hours to get through it all. Now I can move through vendor agreements, NDAs, and policy reviews significantly faster without sacrificing quality, which frees me up to actually focus on the business-facing work that matters most.
