What do you like best about GatewayAPI?

What do you dislike about GatewayAPI?

They're very thorough with onboarding new customers, which makes the process a bit longer. However, they follow European regulations, so that's the way it is. Their terms and conditions stipulate a €2 fee if you don't send any messages for 60 days. You can fix this by sending one message manually each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GatewayAPI:

What problems is GatewayAPI solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about GatewayAPI?

I find GatewayAPI very effective for sending SMS messages to our customers based on their purchases. GatewayAPI allows us to easily track if the SMS is delivered or not, which is enough for our needs. The most important factor is that servers are in EU and and that pricing is good for us. The most significant aspect is their excellent customer support, which has been fast, reliable, and always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GatewayAPI?

I don't like that EU service isn't the default for EU customers. When I receive an email, it sometimes directs me to the US version, and I have to switch manually.
