They worked with us to customize every workflow covering all compliance verticles, this included COI, gifts, entertainment and hospiality, investigation, e-learning trainings, third party due diligence and investigations. The system allows for you to have all of the compliance operations in a single online place. It is very user friendly and all of the staff can easily access everything in one centralized location. It also integrates with OKTA, so that employees can access it via single sign on which is an incredibly useful function given that it needs to be integrated into the existing IT infrastructure. All of the modules are fully customizable and they allow you to change and amend each complinace functionality.I was very happy with this this fact, as you could really tailor each work flow to your individual company needs as required and expected by the firm. There was a bit of a teething period at the beginning of the engagement, given the pace of implementation (which was quite fast) and the number of customizations required. However, we worked closely with them, and they were very comprehensive in working closely with myself and my staff to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with the services.
