The emphasis on the employee engagement helps the organization sell ethics by promoting an ethical culture. **What do you dislike about GAN Integrity?** I consider it to be having somewhat restricted Integrated Analytics Functionalities. There is a need for more advanced reporting instrumentations through which it is possible to gain a better understanding of risks and training outcomes. **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** GAN Integrity has been helpful to us in supporting our compliance function and managing the compliance risk of our organization. They are time-consuming and involve several procedures and approvals, in certain circumstances, which adds to the drawbacks for large-scale assessments. **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** GAN Integrity has been so useful in consolidating and harmonizing our compliance processes. Their support, during the onboarding process is not good. User interface is too difficult to use. **What do you dislike about GAN Integrity?** GAN Integrity provide some features there are an areas that give benefit from improvement. The platform is sometimes be overwhelming and cluttered making it difficult to navigate and find information. **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customization options are somewhat limited in terms of flexibility which restrict its effectiveness, for businesses requiring compliance solutions.GAN Integrity effectively solves the problems of managing compliance and ethics in an efficient manner but not able to simplify our work and increase our business growth. ### 6. We had never experienced any downtime on the tool, few technical issues are mostly related to the workflow process based on the gift type submissions which are resolved within 24-48 hours by the support team . **What do you dislike about GAN Integrity?** None, we have been working closely with GAN as they always provide us with the needed support and always deliver up to our expectations **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** The GAN Integrity has provided us a tool which allows recording the disclosures from the employees as per our risk assessment that allows us to track on the possible bribery and corruption situations and which helps us mitigate the risks involved on the disclosures. ### 7. The tool can be easily adapted enabling compliance with global initiatives as well as specific local laws and regulations. It's also super easy to use, making compliance that much easier for our operational teams! **What do you dislike about GAN Integrity?** Everything on the tool is working well. And whenever we have made a request, such as a workflow modification, it was handled promptly. **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Third party due diligence is organized across our operations and activities. The system allows for you to have all of the compliance operations in a single online place. It is very user friendly and all of the staff can easily access everything in one centralized location. It also integrates with OKTA, so that employees can access it via single sign on which is an incredibly useful function given that it needs to be integrated into the existing IT infrastructure. All of the modules are fully customizable and they allow you to change and amend each complinace functionality.I was very happy with this this fact, as you could really tailor each work flow to your individual company needs as required and expected by the firm. **What do you dislike about GAN Integrity?** There was a bit of a teething period at the beginning of the engagement, given the pace of implementation (which was quite fast) and the number of customizations required. However, we worked closely with them, and they were very comprehensive in working closely with myself and my staff to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with the services. The relationship manager is critical to ensuring alignment on all compliance verticles. All of the team are very hands-on and really work with you closely. **Recommendations to others considering GAN Integrity:** People should check convercent which is their direct competitor as well as other companies in the market, however they are certainly among the best in the field and they are certanily the most active as well. **What problems is GAN Integrity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a one-stop-shop for all of our compliance needs covering the full suite of ABAC programming.
