Gamma offers an intuitive UI/UX, fast and reliable performance, and powerful AI that quickly generates well-structured, visually appealing presentations, making content creation efficient, seamless, and enjoyable for both beginners and professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization options can feel limited for advanced users, and the AI occasionally requires manual refinement. More flexible design controls and deeper editing capabilities would further improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gamma is a refreshingly modern presentation tool that makes it incredibly fast to create visually appealing decks. The AI-assisted content generation is a real time-saver – especially for first drafts and internal presentations. The templates look professional out of the box, and the collaborative features make it easy to work with a team. Compared to traditional tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides, Gamma significantly reduces the time spent on formatting and design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here is a suitable sample response:

"While Gamma excels at speed and design, it lacks the fine-grained customization that power users often need. Formatting control is limited compared to PowerPoint or Google Slides, which can be frustrating for highly specific brand guidelines. The export options feel restricted, and offline functionality is essentially non-existent. For more complex, data-heavy presentations or detailed infographics, Gamma can feel too simplified – it shines for quick, visually clean decks but struggles when precision and flexibility are required." Gamma is very useful because it simplifies my work by generating the output I need, adding more ideas, and helping make the results feel more innovative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the designs it generates aren’t compatible with other software. For example, when I open the file in PowerPoint, the text fonts and styles aren’t found there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Gamma is how easily it helps me get started when building a presentation. I can take a few ideas, notes, or even scattered thoughts and drop them into the platform, and Gamma transforms them into a clean, organized set of slides. It doesn’t do everything for me, but that’s exactly what makes it so useful. It gives me a solid, professional-looking starting point that I can build on, which saves me time and helps me focus on refining my message instead of wrestling with slide layouts from scratch. It’s like having a first draft of a deck ready in minutes, making the whole presentation process feel less overwhelming and much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I really appreciate how Gamma helps me get started with presentations, one thing I’ve noticed is that the formatting or design choices it generates don’t always align perfectly with my vision or the tone I want to convey. Sometimes I end up spending a bit of time tweaking the layout, styling, or rearranging content to make it feel just right. It’s not a major drawback, more of a reminder that while it’s a great jumpstart tool, it still requires some hands-on editing to get everything presentation-ready. That said, I still prefer starting with Gamma over a blank slide deck any day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
