They are experts in their space and the team is very responsive and proactive. While I've had a few account managers from their team now, I've never felt the service dwindle. Given the level of talent on the team, it's no surprise that a lot of them move on to working in-house at different organizations. Be upfront with your budget and goals that you're looking to accomplish with them. Let them know what KPIs are important to you and how you'd like to consume data as they will work to your preferences.
