**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

I like the scheduling features and the easy ways to switch and change tasks. It's really easy to navigate. I love the drag and move feature, which is great for managing appointments. I appreciate the easy access to change therapists, the ability to create series, and the clear distinctions between reassessments, regular appointments, and progress notes. The initial setup was very easy with minimal explanation needed, and navigating through it is very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

In a shared environment, the schedule and calendar can become overwhelming. It occasionally freezes during peak hours and gives a notification of internet not being connected when it is. It is sometimes frustrating when the schedule hides critical information like Telehealth, which involves an extra step.

**What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Fusion by Ensora Health simplifies scheduling with easy check-in and tracking changes. The drag and move feature makes adjusting appointments effortless, and it's easy to change therapists and manage series. It clearly distinguishes reassessments, regular appointments, and progress notes.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

I use Fusion by Ensora Health for charting speech therapy information, and it provides an electronic platform that I find convenient. The template for daily notes is very simple and uses a SOAP note format, making it easy to fill in the necessary information for insurance billing purposes. The initial setup was very easy, and their customer support was wonderful, providing many tutorials both online and on the phone as needed while I was learning to use it.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

As a speech pathologist, data is key.  I love that I see the goals each time I open a note for my session.  I love that I can add both a percentage as well as some clarifying notes.  I love that there is goal button both on the note and on the appointment so I can look at a graph of when we worked on each goal, see the progression over time and plan my session.  This is extremely helpful in a busy practice.  It is very easy to schedule and I like that I can prest things, I can set different appointment types and I can color code them!  Being a visual person, I love that I can differentiate what appointment is an evaluation, a meeting or a therapy session quickly and easily!  I looked at many programs and this one fit all the things that I wanted.  In addition, they have been very helpful and I am always able to get a quick answer to any questions that I have and my questions have always been answered quickly and in a way that makes it easy to figure out what to do!

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

I would like to see group billing.  I provide services to a school and it would be nice to put all the invoices under one payer/header to make it a little easier but I may just not have found the way to do this as of yet.  I am able to bill by student, which the school likes so it has worked out overall.

**What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a solution that had everything in one place. I wanted to be able to have my schedule, keep my notes and evaluations, bill private pay and bill insurance but in an organized and easy way and this was the only option that I found that met all my needs.  The biggest selling point was the ability to collect data and see graphs showing me when the goal was worked on and be able to see the progression over time.  When writing progress reports this is vital information and it is both easy to enter and easy to see when report time comes around.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

2 Things:  1.  Ensora is SPECIFICALLY designed for pediatric OT, PT and Speech!  Therefore it flows easily and precisely and we do not need to wade through lots of screens and items that do not relate to pediatric therapy.  2.  The customer service is PHENOMINAL!!!  They are super responsive, knowledgeable and attentive!  If they don't know the answer they find out and follow up.  They will walk you through any questions or problems you have!  They will teach you how to write reports, etc.  Simply Amazing!

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

The way a clinic needs to do things for invoicing/statements could be more user friendly and simple.

Scheduling of both patients and staff; sending out invoices for insurance reimbursement, running reports and managing the business side of the clinic.  Maintaining medical records.

I love how simple the interface is to use. There are no extra distractions and everything is very efficient, easy to understand, and clearly labeled. I love that I can use it on any browser and do not have to download an extra application for it.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Sometimes the pop ups can be a little slow, but that does not happen often. I also do not like that I cannot open two tabs at the same time.

Ease of usage, easy to learn, less time with IT to learn the program, easy as a new employee to learn the system.

There is no spot to add an addendum or make a correction and then be able to resign the document after the correction/addendum was made 
Also, we should be able to add units with OT and visits for speech separately.

Ensora Therapy Suite presents a robust solution for therapy practices seeking an integrated platform to manage clinical and administrative tasks. Its strengths lie in comprehensive scheduling, billing, and reporting functionalities.  It is a good system to use.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Although I like when Ensora releases new updates, I do still miss some functionality with some of these new features.  For example, the scheduling system does not allow clients to cancel their own appointments or schedule repeating appointments checking for availability of all dates.

The system includes customizable templates for SOAP notes and evaluations, streamlining clinical documentation. This helps us spend less time on paperwork and more time with clients.

Billing Inefficiencies
Ensora integrates scheduling and documentation with billing workflows. Claims can be submitted directly from the platform.

I love the pull forward feature and the shortcut options on Ensora.  It allows us to take things we commonly write for evaluations and notes and have the outline to customize after each session.

Sometimes, when working on evaluations, it is difficult to navigate within the sections and/or if you want to just add or fix one word, the entire section must be reviewed.

**What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensora greatly improved the consistentcy of our documentation and reduced denials.  We are better able to provide comprehensive evaluations in an efficient manner.  We are also able to track attendance with more accuracy.

Ensora is soooo easy to navigate! It is definitely superior to other EMR systems I have used. The template for evals is nicely designed and easy to use-- I like that there are places for check boxes and you can populate lists of skills and then add a blurb next to the skill. There are also places to write narratives. Amending documentation is also easy.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

I wish there was a way to view all notes at once like in WebPT. That way you could ctrl+f to find which session you did a certain activity or conferenced with parents.

it's solving current EMR issues as Ensora is easy to navigate and easy to use. In other EMR's is hard to find patients, find files, update goals, etc. Ensora makes all of that easy.

I love the ease of the software. It does not take an unfamiliar user long to learn to navigate through the software with ease. I love the eval templates and the help that is provided when issues come up. The screens are easy to navitate and (typically) find what you are looking for. If not, the help menu is there for a quick search!

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

1-I wish there was a way to sort through payments when paying independent contractors. 2-I would also like to see an option where its only 1 or 5 users - i typically pay for 5 when i only need two due to being on my own with a biller - its a great website but to have to pay so much for only needing two users is getting old. 3-Its also a slower response time on getting help. Used to be faster - and while i know you have grown your response time has lagged and that's not great for someone that pays so much and needs help quickly. 4-I do with that when you move a client to another date on calendar that its tracked and it counts with the # of visits used. 5- i wish that you could be notified of tracking info in a better way - its almost like you have to know what to look for in order to look rather than it be brought to your attention in case you forgot.

We like how easy it is to complete evals in a timely manner. Submissions for billing is very efficient.

There are a lot of reports and we don't know how to utilize all of them.

It sped up evals and completing notes. The billing feature is great and efficient. This has been a game changer compared to our previous software.

You can document or schedule anywhere there is a good internet connection.  It is user friendly and if you make a mistake you can correct it with editing cababilitites.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Charging for text messages and Fusion is no longer adding new standarized assessments.  Fusion requires the user to build it in the system.

Hopefully considering adding new and updated standarized assessments.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

We have been using Fusion Web Clinic for our multi-disciplinary, pediatric clinic for 8 years. Our clinic offers speech, OT and PT services. We find that the scheduling and documentation are so easy to use. The ability to customize frequently used phrases with their "quick phrases" features saves a lot of time. The SOAP notes are straight forward and easy to reference your previous session's notes. 
We use the billing system of Fusion with an outside source for managing claim follow ups.
The system is easy to implement with a clinic as a whole as well as with new employees. We believe it is easy to integrate into a new setting. 
We have used Fusion Web Clinic daily for eight years in our facility. 
Their customer support is quick to respond when a ticket is submitted. When there is a rare issue with their system, you receive notice immediately with information on how they are resolving any problems.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Some of the billing reports require us to pull Fusion's data and re-organize it in a spreadsheet so that it can be analyzed best. 
It's also not equipped to report "hours" for therapists to pull for payroll reports as it is all referred to as session (no matter the length of the session). We see both 30-minute patients and 1-hour patients. 
The patient statement formats are not the best as they are difficult for patients to read quickly and understand where payments are applied.

Fusion is helping us to improve on documentation time.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

We use Fusion daily and it is such a great EMR sytem.  They have Amazing Customer Service!! Easy to talk or chat with an actual person to help with anything you need.  We have used since 2020 and they walked us through everything.  Implementation and Integration were so easy thanks to the great support staff.  We offer ST and OT so the patient information is easy to access for each therapy.  We have recommened Fusion to several other therapy practices and at least 3 have changed over to Fusion.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

I do wish there was a way to have different folders in the Files section.  They do have a section for  suggestions.

**What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Web Clinic puts everything in one place.  We are able to have patient information available for admin and therapists as needed for scheduling, treatment, insurance requests, billing, etc.  It also allows some information to only be viewed based on the users role in the company.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Fusion is easy to use, especially for clinicians just beginning to use documentation software. It has a wide array of features, and documents are typically easy to generate. When I have been unable to generate a document I need, customer support is helpful. 

I use Fusion typically 2-3 times per week with multiple clients. It is easy to switch between old notes and new notes that are pending , when needed. Overall, Fusion is incredible easy to use and it has a great layout.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

The only difficulty I have had with Fusion is generating new goals. More options for how to score the goal may be beneficial, since I have had some that do not fit into a category.

Fusion reduces that amount of time I spend writing notes, using the pull forward feature, which increases productivity.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

It is very user-friendly. I like how I can view the schedule when I open the application. It is easy to use on all platforms. Documents are safely and securely stored for retrieval. I used Fusion everyday with my clients. It is easy and quick to write reports and pull forward notes from the previous week. It only took me about 2 days to fully understand how to use Fusion in its entirety. The system has so many awesome features. I did not require the need for customer support. Implementing my data and notes from my sessions was extremely efficient.

I loved everything about Fusion. I would highly recommend this system to a colleague.

Fusion proves beneficial by ensuring that every aspect of our clinic's procedures is readily available and accessible through a user interface that is both bright and welcoming.

Lately, I have encountered issues with opening scheduled appointments or having the Fusion system freeze on me in the middle of a note, which results in extra work needing to be done on my part. It was not always frequent but has been more so lately.

It is a user-friendly interface, it is not complicated to learn how to use it. We received training on how to configure and implement the program.

Regarding billing, when you enter to see the claim form, you cannot go to another claim directly, you must exit the claim and choose the next claim.

I love the ease of fusion and how they have each section in tabs: I.e scheduling, billing and so forth. It's very easy to do billing out of and I love the ease of notes .

Insurance take backs are a little hard. I hate that Fusion doesn't track how much of the deductible has been used or visits. You have to put a authorization in on every client that has a visit limit to make sure your not going over

It decrease the amount of time that I spend on billing. I can spend time doing other stuff.

Fusin EMR is helpful because it is pediatric oriented and the layout of the evaluation result is easy to read.

The biggest challenge i have is the functionality of the word banks and other drop down options. With the drop down options, you have go back forth to the select and attach options. Same thing with the word bank there isnt a way to see of the options at once then select multiple options at one time.

**What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Using Fusion Web Clinic is a wonderful experience. The layout and design is user-friendly and custmizable. There are so many great features that make this an awesome product for providers. Fusion allows pediatric therapy providers (speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, etc.) to manage a schedule efficiently, track caseload data, comprise individualized reports, and much more. I enjoy the user-friendly layout of fusion as well as the easy accessible tech assistance.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

Some minor fixes would improve the functionality of Fusion such as showing both or multiple patient names in a group appointment block. When deleteing extra billing codes in a note, reviving the previously deleted codes would be a helpful feature for quick-moving mistakes! Overall, however, Fusion is very functional for the jobs it is designed to do!

**Recommendations to others considering Fusion by Ensora Health:**

Fusion is a great tool that has so many features. The handouts and supports provided by Fusion are very helpful with first getting started! I recommend playing around with the documentation tools such as all the SOAP note features and evaluation report sections.

**What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion has helped make the paperwork side of my job more enjoyable and more manageable in many ways! Templates for common assessment descriptions as well as score charts can be pre-made and stored for easy evaluation report writing. Data tracking of clients' goals is very efficient with Fusion. Each SOAP note has a section for data entry that automatically creates a beautiful graph to share with parents, caregivers, or other providers and team members. Clinicians can bring forward previous  SOAP note text to a current note helping track progress as well. Pre-sets for client's billing codes can be added to insert into daily documentation notes automatically.

This was recommended to me by other therapists in online forums.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

The implementation team was beyond rude and unhelpful, my account was cancelled without an explanation.  The software has very slow servers it took me almost 10 min to sign on, doesn’t integrate well on iPhone or iPad, has no online booking widget or interface for clients to fill out intake forms, no intake templates, the eval set up is very basic and doesn’t have any sensory assessment templates, not conducive to eval write ups.  Not to mention to extremely poor quality of the implantation team, virtually no onboarding and very rude people.

Fusion is a very efficient and reliable software that makes scheduling and writing notes for clients easy. This software has many key features on the side tab which helps with organization such as reminders, status updates, authorizations, and progress notes. Fusion is well-organized and competent when it comes to patient care.

**What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?**

The only dislike I have with fusion is its tools to change the color of the scheduling to help with color coding organization. As well as not having a button for clients who need to schedule makeup sessions. 

**Recommendations to others considering Fusion by Ensora Health:**

I recommend taking the time to get used to the software by watching video tutorials before implementing in a clinic setting since it does take a while to get used to.

Fusion Web Clinic has made my workload less stressful. The software is helpful for therapists who have heavy workloads with several patient paperwork to file.

Easy to use. Also, graphs display a good visual of goal data which makes it convenient to show a patient's progress/regression to caregivers or insurance companies.

Two users cannot be logged in at the same time. I understand why this is, but at times it can be difficult when 2 users simultaneously need to complete notes.

Fusion proves to be a great source of documentation and it is easy to relay and communicate information with those my company does business with (insurance companies, patients, etc). It is clear, simple to use and provides a good level of organization which helps me with productivity and efficiency.
