## About FuseMetrix
FuseMetrix is venue management software for leisure and visitor attractions. It runs indoor play and family entertainment centres, farm attractions, water sports and inflatable water parks, activity and adventure centres, zoos and heritage sites, from single venues to multi-site national brands. One cloud platform runs everything behind the venue, from the first booking to the year-end accounts. Bookings, tickets, memberships, EPOS, cafe, retail, parties, finance, CRM, marketing and HR share the same data, so nothing is exported, re-keyed or reconciled in a side spreadsheet. Your team logs in once. Online booking covers admissions, timed sessions, parties, group visits, education bookings and memberships. Availability syncs to the major distribution channels through Rezdy, including Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor and Google Things to Do, with a direct feed to Day Out With The Kids. The integrated EPOS runs admissions, retail and cafe tills, with handheld, kiosk and mobile ordering, kitchen display screens, ingredient-level stock and allergen management. Digital waivers can be signed before arrival on any device, and check-in screens process arrivals without a member of staff typing anything. Finance Hub is the difference. Most systems in this category are ticketing tools with a back office bolted on. FuseMetrix was built the other way round. It is a full accounting system on the same platform: nominal, sales and purchase ledgers, asset registers with automated depreciation, cash flow, cost centres to five levels, bulk bank reconciliation and multi-currency bank accounts. It handles deferred and recognised income natively, so money taken today for a visit in six weeks lands in the right period without an export to a separate package, and it is recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital for VAT. CRM, marketing automation, email and SMS journeys, HR, timesheets, clock-in, health and safety and incident management run on the same data. Multi-site, multi-currency and multi-language are built in rather than sold as an upgrade, so adding a second site is a configuration change, not a migration. FuseMetrix has built software for leisure operators since 2002 and processed more than 20 million bookings last year for operators in over 40 countries. Go Ape, Zip World and Twycross Zoo run on the platform. Support is a phone call to a named team rather than a ticket queue, with over 75 per cent of requests resolved while you are still on the line, a dedicated implementation team behind it and free online training every month. Best for visitor attractions and leisure operators who want one system rather than a stack, and who need the finance team served as well as the gate.
