Funding Loop Reviews & Product Details

Funding Loop is a UK-focused software platform that automates nursery funding applications and council submissions. Designed specifically for early years providers, Funding Loop removes the administrative burden and financial risk associated with termly funding claims. Funding applications are complex and time-sensitive. Nurseries often rely on spreadsheets, paper forms and manual data entry into multiple council portals. This creates duplicated work, calculation errors, incomplete submissions and delayed payments. Funding Loop automates the entire workflow. The platform uses built-in term date logic and attendance patterns to calculate funding accurately. Parent and child data integrates directly from leading nursery management systems, eliminating duplicate entry and reducing inconsistencies. Parents complete a simple, guided, paperless process. Up to 90% of each form is pre-populated. Documents can be uploaded as photos and signed electronically, reducing friction and back-and-forth communication. Nursery teams gain full visibility through a real-time dashboard that tracks progress across all applications. Structured document verification and one-click reminders help prevent delays. When it is time to submit, Funding Loop automates data entry into council portals and supports most UK council systems. Bulk working parent code validation ensures eligibility is checked before submission, helping nurseries avoid rejected claims and funding delays. By replacing manual processes with a controlled digital workflow, Funding Loop reduces errors, saves operational time, and gives nurseries greater control and protection over funding income each term.
