**What do you like best about FULL.services?**

I would like to emphasize how wonderful FULL is, all support is resolved beautifully as always! Besides the impeccable service, FULL's customer service is wonderful. I have been a client for years and I am extremely happy to have found this company!

**What do you dislike about FULL.services?**

Before, I was assisted by a robot on WhatsApp and it was very frustrating because it would tell me to write an email describing my problem, and I only received a response 24 hours later. Today, a year later, I just got assisted by a real person on WhatsApp, I was even a bit rude to her because I thought I was talking to a robot again. But the person was very helpful and quick to assist me, a 100% improvement in service and support.

**Recommendations to others considering FULL.services:**

I recommend FULL for those who want to have good support for their WordPress and work with original plugins and themes.

**What problems is FULL.services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been a customer of Full for 2 years and I do not intend to switch to another company. The service is very good, the professionals are super polite and competent, and their support is exceptional. I recommend it to all customers who are looking for quality in service and services.
