Friday is a fully integrated, platform-independent, all-in-one cloud-based POS and restaurant management system. Friday being a cloud-based restaurant POS helps owners manage all departments on one system! Whether it’s Point of sale, inventory management, Delivery management, or Reporting, Friday is the perfect restaurant operating system for you! Friday empowers restaurant owners to build their own multi-location ecosystem. Friday is being used by some of the big names such as Subway, Gloria Jeans, Mouthful, Cone heads, and many more! Friday has four products; 1-Point of Sale: This restaurant POS system makes it easier for everyone; from order taking to kitchen management and restaurant billing software, Friday assists you in all the areas. It benefits waiters through a waiter app that can send orders directly to the kitchen display. When it comes to payment, Friday allows customers to pay however they please with cash or credit. 2-Back office and inventory: Friday assists you in managing your inventory by keeping track of the ingredients needed and notifying you about missing items beforehand. Friday also benefits recipes and menus under one system! 3-Delivery Management: Friday also works as restaurant delivery management software through a Delivery Rider’s App. This app helps riders with orders and customer information/contact. Delivery management also helps customers track riders via map overview. And call a 24/7 call center for any inquiry. 4-Management Reporting: Friday provides a complete customer database and helps extract a report whenever you want. With management reporting, you can also manage employee’s time in-time out, payrolls, and KPI’s. There are many POS systems for restaurants but Friday POS is more than just a tool that speeds up transactions and keeps the line moving; it also streamlines the key aspects of the operation (sales, payments, inventory), contributing to an overall boost in sales and faster return on investment. But apart from these apparent benefits, it impacts a business and fosters its growth in many other ways.
