Frekyl Reviews & Product Details

Frekyl is workforce communication software for frontline and shift-based organizations. It closes the gap between a call-off and a covered shift. Absence Reporting: Employees report absences by text message or automated phone call (IVR), with no app or login. Managers and supervisors are notified by SMS, email or in the Frekyl web app, according to your routing rules. Shift Filling: Frekyl builds the pool of eligible, qualified staff using your rest, overtime and credential rules, offers the open shift by SMS and automated call in seniority or rule-based order, awards it automatically and confirms coverage. Agency Connect: If your own staff can't fill a shift, Frekyl escalates it to your chosen staffing agencies in the same workflow. Coverage IQ: Alerts you when staffing reaches the thresholds you set, by area and role. Broadcast Notifications: Send urgent updates to the right employees, teams or sites by SMS or automated call, with delivery and acknowledgement tracking. Forms: Collect structured follow-up after an absence or a broadcast. Integrations: Frekyl connects with HR, payroll, scheduling and workforce systems. Managers and admins configure rules and see activity in a browser-based web app. Frekyl is built for manufacturing and logistics, healthcare, oil and energy, and the public sector.
