Fragfix Reviews & Product Details

Fragfix is an AI chatbot platform that answers customer inquiries using uploaded PDF documents like price lists, FAQs, and service descriptions, ensuring accurate responses without internet data. Available 24/7, it handles questions outside business hours. Setup involves uploading PDFs, configuring settings via a dashboard, and embedding a code snippet on a website. The platform supports up to 50 PDFs with a total size of 100 MB. If answers aren't found in the files, the chatbot directs users to contact the business. Fragfix prioritizes data privacy, with conversations deleted after two days and ratings removed after 90 days. It operates on European servers, is GDPR-compliant, and includes a data processing agreement. Visitors can ask freeform questions, with optional suggested queries to boost engagement. Feedback ratings help identify documentation gaps. The chatbot can be embedded on up to 20 websites per account.
