FoxTrak is a live job management platform built for trades and service businesses. It solves a problem every service business shares: customers who don't know what's happening with their job, and the constant status calls, texts, and "just checking in" messages that come with that uncertainty. Every job created in FoxTrak gets a branded, real-time tracking page that the customer can follow from any device - desktop, tablet, or mobile - with no login and no app download required. As the business updates a step, the customer is notified automatically by email, SMS, or push notification, and can see exactly where their job is at without needing to ask. Most job management software stops at the business's own team - tracking schedules, dispatch, and internal workflow, but leaving the customer in the dark until the job is done. FoxTrak extends that visibility all the way to the customer, turning the work itself into the communication. The result is fewer interruptions for the business and a calmer, more informed experience for the customer. Beyond the live tracker, FoxTrak includes step-based, fully customisable workflows for any industry; team collaboration with step assignment and notifications; customer approvals for quotes and design sign-off; integrated payments via Stripe and Square directly from the customer's tracker; bidirectional Xero sync for quotes and invoices; full custom branding across every customer touchpoint; and complete, timestamped job reports exportable as PDF or CSV - a full audit trail of every step, message, and payment on a job. FoxTrak is used by service businesses across Australia, the UK, and the United States, spanning trades, photography, custom jewellery, screen printing, video production, and solar installation, among others. It's built and actively maintained by a solo founder in Melbourne, Australia, with support coming directly from the person who built the product - not a ticket queue.
